I was only able to rent in certain places with tourist visa, the building I’m in now preferred long term visa and without one the landlord wanted to charge me 3-4m more per month. I’ve used moreta pay but it seems glitchy at times maybe it’s just my phone or my app, but I once deposited 5m and it said I had 5.3m total but when I tried to send a payment for 4.8m it said I didn’t have enough money. Took me 30 mins to sort it out and the merchant seemed to look at me like if I didn’t have the money to pay, so I’ve been using Fizen and trust wallet to pay now😭 I actually have thought of a marriage visa but also told myself I shouldn’t marry her solely on obtaining the visa, because you know with girls anywhere anything can happen at any time. I’ve been trying to find an agent that offers business or work visa help for a fee. I heard some real estate agents talking about $1000 for a 2-3yr visa

Yeah I moved and because of bank and visa issues I couldn’t get a apartment under my name so I had to get my girlfriend to do it, also I use fizen and trust but fees are so high. A few dollars here and there adds up to almost $100 in fees every month. I heard it was possible to get a bank in the past but now almost no banks will allow a tourist visa. I really like the convenience of QR pay but the app I’m using charges fees and always takes a while before the money is sent which is a hassle when the delivery driver or merchant is just waiting for your payment haha
