Damac Bay

This project is located right there, across the road from Princess Tower, in the same area where Sobha Seahaven is being built. Sobha Seahaven and Damac Bay are two luxury waterfront developments situated directly on the shoreline, and no further construction in front of them is technically possible. Next to Damac Bay there is Barasti Beach Club and the W Hotel. In practical terms, it is not possible to place any additional buildings there. As for Princess Tower, buyers should have seen that there were vacant plots nearby that were designated for future development. At the very least, the agent selling the property should have informed them. However, buyers also need to use common sense when they see open land next to the property they are purchasing.
