Chapter 7 https://drive.google.com/file/d/1Y\_PqiO\_3koePJmzBkE0ryyRkf7Sl\_w\_h/view?usp=drivesdk Quick summary In September 1974, a twenty-one-year-old college dropout from Brooklyn with a fabricated biography and a European manner walked into one of New York’s most elite private schools and began teaching mathematics and physics. How Jeffrey Epstein got the job at the Dalton School remains undocumented — but the headmaster who built the institution’s culture of unconventional hiring, Donald Barr, was a former OSS officer whose son was working for the CIA, and who one year earlier had published a science fiction novel about wealthy elites trafficking children for sexual slavery. Among Epstein’s students was Ted Greenberg, son of Bear Stearns senior executive Ace Greenberg — a tutoring relationship confirmed by a 2017 DOJ email showing the two still meeting for drinks four decades later. A second Bear Stearns executive, Michael Tennenbaum — a Pentagon Distinguished Civilian Service Award recipient whose son also attended Dalton — became Epstein’s first supervisor after the art gallery introduction that landed him the job. When Bear Stearns discovered Epstein had fabricated his entire educational record, Greenberg’s instruction was simple: treat him like a normal employee. He was already dating the boss’s daughter. The same year Epstein arrived at Dalton, Rupert Murdoch moved his family from London to New York and enrolled his daughter Prudence in the same building. Somewhere in this period, a South African Jewish fashion model named Aldine Honey — who knew Epstein from age twenty-one and who later claimed credit for launching the careers of the Barrett brothers who would run his operation for decades — facilitated his first apartment at Eaton Square in Belgravia. Who funded it remains the central unanswered question of the biography. Two doors opened in 1974 that should not have opened. The people who opened them are not fully identified in any primary source this investigation has located. Part 1 https://drive.google.com/file/d/1NVsL4IjdItVVMh1aTk9z2zDLhxf9oDVG/view?usp=drivesdk Part 2 https://drive.google.com/file/d/1LP5BiLFogjOeGpakifU7AVAyNs9y8CbJ/view?usp=drivesdk Part 3 https://drive.google.com/file/d/1RnuqcYD7xTFBDK2Z3za7ieH721565xwU/view?usp=drivesdk Part 4 https://drive.google.com/file/d/101Q1ElYt1SNa-54XmvGp16ZbzUQb1pDa/view?usp=drivesdk Part 5 https://drive.google.com/file/d/1UrlftLReOf1Vji4YOwqU9f3LuPbfT4hz/view?usp=drivesdk Part 6 https://drive.google.com/file/d/1PlNzki5G5PS7oxlC-9Zzr1iDlPleNanV/view?usp=drivesdk Part 7 https://drive.google.com/file/d/1Y\_PqiO\_3koePJmzBkE0ryyRkf7Sl\_w\_h/view?usp=drivesdk

Everyone is focused on the powerful people at the top of Epstein’s network. But I want to make a case for looking in the opposite direction. Running through the DOJ files is a tight circle of Brooklyn childhood friends — men Epstein grew up with in Sea Gate and Coney Island — who stayed close to him for his entire life. His closest friend Warren Eisenstein called them his “lifelong friends and soul mates” in his obituary. These aren’t politicians or billionaires. They’re a doctor, a roofer, an advertising exec, a printer. But here’s why they matter: They can answer questions nobody else can. Questions only this circle can answer: 1. Who gave Epstein his authority? Epstein arrived at Bear Stearns in 1976 with fabricated credentials — fake degrees, fake employment, a bounced check to NYU. Someone vouched for him socially before he ever got near finance. This circle was with him during that entire pre-Bear Stearns period. They know exactly who he was, who he knew, and how he presented himself. 2. Who did he meet in Europe? Terry Kafka — one of the soul mates — traveled with Epstein on the backpacking trip to Europe in the early 1970s. He wrote about it in extraordinary detail in Epstein’s birthday book. Sabena Airlines to Brussels. Two months on $500 each. Kafka watched Epstein transform on that trip — losing weight, gaining confidence, working every social situation. Who did Epstein meet in Europe? What doors opened? Kafka was there. 3. Who was the British girl? Kafka’s birthday letter states directly that Epstein spent a summer in London and came home to Sea Gate with a “beautiful British babe” — name redacted by House Oversight. This is before Eaton Square, before Ghislaine Maxwell, before any of the documented London network. This woman — whoever she was — may represent Epstein’s first real entry point into British social circles. The soul mates circle knew her. Paula Epstein, his mother, apparently had her deported. 4. They were still with him after the convictions. This is perhaps the most significant point. The 2012-2014 email chains show this circle actively socializing with Epstein years after his 2008 Florida conviction. They flew to Dallas for Warren’s memorial. They planned parties together. They coordinated on group trips. These aren’t people who drifted away when the scandal hit — they stayed. Why? What did they know? What did loyalty to Epstein look like from the inside? 5. What was Epstein like before the money? Every account of Epstein focuses on who he became. This circle knew who he was. A Brooklyn kid who wouldn’t hold a job. Who went to Europe while his friends worked at Nathan’s. Who came back from London changed. Who talked his way into Bear Stearns with fake credentials. The soul mates watched the entire transformation in real time. The ethical question: Some of these men are still living. One — the person known in the files as “Neutral” — died just two months ago. His family is grieving. None of them have been charged with anything. None are accused of involvement in Epstein’s crimes. As far as the documents show they are simply men who grew up with him and stayed loyal. So the question is: does identifying and examining this circle serve the public interest? My argument is yes — because understanding how Epstein built his early social capital, who he met in Europe, and how he maintained loyalty across decades despite two convictions is essential to understanding how someone like Epstein is possible. Not just who he trafficked with, but who made him. These men hold pieces of that answer. What does the community think? \*\*\*\* EDIT: To clarify my question — I’m asking specifically whether the community thinks I should name these Brooklyn friends here on Reddit. Should they be publicly identified and their connections to Epstein examined, given that they stayed close to him through both convictions. Multiple friends are known but two in particular were given nick names consistently throughout the files making them extremely hard to examine their relationship with Epstein. One just died so family is grieving and the other is a prominent person in NY right now. Again they are not accused of anything illegal but definitely and they don’t seem to be a part of all of the trafficking but they literally knew Jeffrey longer than anyone including his own parents. \*\*\* Please say Yes or no\*\*\*\*

One of my new million-dollar questions after spending an extensive amount of time going through the latest DOJ files and reading a lot of this subreddit’s fantastic content, is… **How did a middle-class kid who was an NYU dropout from Coney Island end up living in an apartment in Eaton Square less than a year after leaving college?** For those of you not familiar with the city of London, the area of Eaton Square is one of London’s most prestigious and expensive residential locations. It is also one of the richest areas in all of Europe. I will add a photo of an aerial view of the neighborhood to give everyone an idea of how close the neighborhood is to Buckingham Palace. There have been some great high-level breakdowns by people on this subreddit of this era of Epstein, but I don’t think those breakdowns dive into some of the more nuanced details of that period well enough. Understanding those nuanced details is key to helping the average person grasp how someone from a middle-class family attending a local university could escalate to the point where he was allegedly helping intelligence agencies and wealthy billionaires with operations like allegedly the Al Yamamah arms deal in the 1980s and other nefarious activities. **The early London connections in the mid 70s is key to unlocking the puzzle and full understanding the story of Epstein’s past and rise.** The official narrative presented to us is that during the 1973–74 academic year at NYU he issued an invalid check to the university, was forced to drop out, somehow got hired as a teacher at one of the most prestigious schools in New York, and ultimately developed his “financial guy” reputation at Bear Stearns from that teaching job. https://www.justice.gov/epstein/files/DataSet%2010/EFTA01337179.pdf (P.44) However, once you start to pick up certain digital footprints, clues, and compile them together, the official narrative tells a different story from the story that is being officially told. People like Matthew Steeples have speculated that it was around 1974 that Epstein made his first journey over to Britain. (Confirming the first European trip is another million-dollar question.) Since a lot of the intelligence stuff is most likely going to be kept a closely guarded secret for a while, we will have to rely on mundane digital footprints to start making the connections to look for odd details and anomalies to make sense of everything. One of the earliest digital footprints of Epstein in Europe that I was able to find in the files that give hints of something unusual happening in the 70s was from a London based real estate agent named Aldine Honey. Aldine has a really long history with Epstein based on the files. I can find the digital footprints of her in the files right up to 2018, where Lesley and she were coordinating availability for Mark Epstein’s New York apartment. **Aldine is reminiscing about knowing Epstein since he was 21 and buying his first apartment in Eaton Square. Epstein turned 21 in 1974.** https://www.justice.gov/epstein/files/DataSet%209/EFTA00471685.pdf Another email from Aldine reaching out to Jeffrey in 2012, **reminiscing about her time selling Epstein’s Eaton Square apartment**, and even mentions the salt and pepper shakers from that apartment that she still has. https://www.justice.gov/epstein/files/DataSet%2010/EFTA02038770.pdf Besides Aldine, there are other clues of an early Eaton Square digital footprint. A birthday book letter from an alias named **Degenerate 2 aka Coco Brown** writes a letter to Epstein (Degenerate 1) mentioning **Eaton Square as the first place of notability where Epstein and this person crossed paths.** https://www.justice.gov/epstein/files/DataSet%209/EFTA01235507.pdf Here a transcript of the hand writing in the birthday book entry(couldn’t figure out 2 words) “Birthday Greetings To Degenerate One From Eaton Square to Barton Way from St. Moritz to Palm Beach & Manhattan is it a mere 2 decades in earth time (so many girls, so little time)? And you There Jeffery always grinning like the mysterious mischievous las you are - I remember it. all with a smile. Though with a melancholy smile to think you are only at mid century a mere boy,(Though we vampires are supposed to age slowly)((if at all)So there will be decades more of my screaming commodity orders on planes while the other passengers say SSH!, and you \_\_\_\_\_ failing to astonish me, (I’ll look out the window and you’ll be shooting past on a rocket with a \_\_\_\_\_\_ cat grin). Keep it up Jeffery. With great affection Degenerate 2 (AKA Coco Brown)” There is also another Wall Street connection named Elliot Wolk in the birthday book who mentions them working on the Maxwell account in the mid-70s, including Elliot asking if this is the time he met the “Maxwell teen daughter.” https://www.documentcloud.org/documents/26086390-jeffey-epstein-50th-birthday-book/?q=Elliot&mode=document#document/p234 (p234) Finding out all the connections and nuances on how Epstein went from a NYU Coney Island dropout at 21 to a London Eaton Square apartment in less than a year is key to understanding the full story of his rise in to dark networks and intelligence agencies.
