The Hillgate

Hi, I am currently planning on purchasing a 2-bedroom in The Hillgate by Ellington, which is going to be delivered in Dec 2028. I am very confused between buying 2-bedroom + Maid in Tria by Deyaar versus 2-bedroom in Ellington which are almost the same but with different delivery dates. I know Ellington properties have always been able to claim higher rentals in any area. PS: Although Tria is 80% ready, it has been delayed by 1.5 years and looks like it's going to be further delayed, close to 2 years. Please advise.
