There are about 500 developers across Dubai, most of them are small and unreliable. Regarding the Iman I have an apt in Oxford Terraces 2 and it has quite decent quality of materials and finishing works overall. Also I used to live in Oxford 212, also very nice building. You can check on PF or Bayut every project they have right now. Iman and Imtiaz are both quite new developers but they give you a good quality, demand and above average capital appreciation. At least it was like that before the war started
