I booked a unit at Samana Ibiza and am almost halfway paid up on the payment plan. OP was 1.272m. Is there any realistic way to get my paid amount back out on resale now. Right or wrong decision when we bought it, my circumstances have since changed and I need the money as my primary business is going to close shortly after almost 15 years of operation.

NB Have seen plenty of comments regarding the developer, their projects, downsides of apartments with (plunge) pools etc etc. PLEASE don’t comment about these things. That ship has sailed. I booked it. Paid as per the payment plan which was very manageable until now. My primary business went completely south (as many in hospitality will have). I need to release money invested urgently.
