Need your advices.
I purchased an off plan studio last year in Samana Park meadows @25% down and paying 1% monthly.
Theres a baloon payment of 10% end of March and 5% end of September. I dont have these funds and my original plan was to withdraw my gratuity from work to pay for these both.
Given the current situation, do you guys think its a wise decision to pay using 12 years gratuity? Also, what could be the repercussions of not paying the baloon payments, if someone has relative experience?
