Edit since people want to be mean. Yes, I used AI to help me write this as I am not very good at getting out what I want to say without it sounding like I am rambling. But this is all my information and how we did the process. Love these subreddits and they have really helped me with our wedding planning process and just only want to pay it forward and maybe I can help someone too. We were finishing up some last minute wedding decoration items such as: * Our QR code cards for GuestPix * Place setting cards for every guest * A stand/sign for the bar * Our seating chart (backup because we didn't know if we would get our original in time) Because of timing and shipping, we decided to use VistaPrint. Naturally, I went under their “Wedding” category and looked at the “upload your own design” options. The pricing was honestly pretty high. Out of curiosity, I backed out of the wedding section and instead selected regular products like: * Postcards * Posters * Foam boards They ALL still had “upload your own design” options… but were SO much cheaper than the exact same thing under the wedding section. So we created our own designs using ChatGPT, uploaded them under the regular VistaPrint options (NOT wedding), and everything turned out BEAUTIFUL. Our QR code cards looked amazing. Our bar sign came out gorgeous. Our seating chart foam board looked professionally made. And we saved SO much money. Honestly, I wish we had known this at the start of planning because we probably would have done our: * Save the dates * Invitations * Enclosure cards * Other signage the same exact way. Just wanted to share for any future brides/grooms trying to save money. Sometimes the second the word “wedding” gets attached to something, the price skyrockets for no reason. This was such a great workaround for us and the quality still turned out incredible!! Hope this helps!

Thank you. We're thinking of going with Snapeen because they're interface is very clean and they let you customize your colors before you even buy the upgraded package. One thing I don't like about GuestPix is that they won't let you change the colors of your demo until you upgrade which it might be too late if I don't like what the colors look like after I spend the money and that rubs me the wrong way and their refund policy is ridiculous.

I heard Guestpix is good, but I ended up using Klikt similar idea and it was cheaper, and it worked really well for us

Hey everyone! I’ve been going down a bit of a rabbit hole trying to figure out the best way to collect photos from guests during our wedding weekend, and there are just way too many options out there. What I’m hoping to do is keep it really simple. Ideally guests can just scan a QR code, take pictures throughout the weekend, like the welcome dinner, cocktail hour, reception, after party, all of that, and have everything upload somewhere automatically like a shared album, Dropbox, or Google Drive without a bunch of extra steps. I’d really like something that doesn’t require people to download an app or create an account, since I know that tends to stop people from actually using it, especially older family members. I’m also trying to keep costs down, so free or at least inexpensive would be great. I’ve come across things like WedUploader, Guestpix, POV, and even just using a Google Photos album, but it’s hard to tell what actually works well in real life versus what just sounds good on paper. If you’ve done something like this, I’d love to hear what you used and how it went. Did people actually use it, or did it end up being more of a hassle than expected? Was it easy for guests, or did people get confused? I’m also curious if there’s anything you’d avoid or do differently if you had to do it again. I’m especially interested in the honest feedback, even if something didn’t work out.

We are doing a welcome sign, seating chart, and a bar sign. Maybe a gift/card sign. We were going to do menus but since it’s a buffet decided to nix the menus. Also we are using guestpix.com so there will be a QR sign at each place setting hence why we skipped the menus. FH ordered a sign with our names and wedding date that we want everyone to sign in lieu of a guest book. That way we can frame it and hang it up!

Hello !

Kululu, Weduploader, [Knipsmig](https://knipsmig.com/best/wedding-photo-apps), POV and GuestPix are all good options for this.
