Look , I’m not in the Union Company either , I don’t sell it or work in anyway with them, I’m just letting that person know that Union is built for high velocity venues and has built an echo system that delivers in multiple levels way beyond the POS function. It is not even close if you’re comparing to toast or other POS systems. It is not going to be better in other venues types because it was specifically made for a particular purpose . That’s why I said you may want to investigate the union pos.

They are one of the best, I really hate to break it to you they’re not the only show in town anymore, I do this for a living keep your eyes open on genius and union POS. Unlon is unmatched for high volume bar/restaurants. Takes it to the next level, even Toast can’t match their speed and guest-led ordering system. It’s phenomenal. Don’t get me wrong toast still dominates the market, but bigger is no longer better. They are not the best system anymore, what they are is 5 miles wide and 1 inch deep, and they’re starting to lose business because of it.
