Bottom line, this project has institutional backing & a clear vision: Masdar City sets the sustainability framework while Taraf focuses on the residential development. Pros: Institutional backing Every previous project launched by Taraf in Abu Dhabi/Dubai has been high-end or a great project (Terra Golf, W Residences, Solea, Luce). Their only ready project (Taraf 2 Residence) in Dubai has high quality finishes, great reviews, and overall great building. Taraf is the best developer to enter Masdar City. Cons: Taraf doesn’t have an extensive track record in market yet. They’re still a fairly new developer with one ready project.
