No free spins again this week for me. Hopefully some of ya'll got some at least. Little shit like this, poker servers going down, people having issues lately getting their withdrawals when it has never been an issue before is what has caused me to play elsewhere lately. I hate it, because I've been loyal here for 8+ years... but I don't play about my money...I'm already gambling as it is, I'm not going to gamble on if a site is going to act and do right though. Hopefully they get their shit turned around.

I was playing a 1.5k guarantee mystery bounty tournament. I was chip leader with 4,000,000 chips and the other 2 opponents had less then 50,000 each. All of a sudden it says tournament canceled and refunded me 27.50. Its beyond a scam. I was supposed to win over 300$. I disabled my account and im writing this hoping I can save other people. There's been some things wrong in my 4 years of playing on here, but this was just flat out robbery. Never again. Customer service named Carla just talked in circles and had no clue about anything and just lied through her teeth and gave zero help only lies. Never again. Ever.

Tried to withdraw 12$ because I’m finished with this BS they always have going on. Got 2 error messages contacted support they wasted 50 minutes with the regular bull shit clear your data cache & cookies. Try Google Chrome blah-blah bs. Good luck everyone staying with the site I hope I don’t see you on here talking about you just won 50 grand and all of a sudden they froze your account for verification over a month and a half ago because I’m sure that’s coming next.

I got on ignition and got a couple of wins. After my 3rd time withdrawing they suspended my account and I have like only 300 there. They told me 24-48 hours and I was like oh well. A week passes by then 2months. I’ve emailed about 30 times and chat with live people 40 times. All i get is “nothing I can do, we will update when we’re done.” At one point I was so fed up I just started getting aggressive and saying how I don’t care about their excuses and apologies, I just want my money. He moved me to his supervisor yesterday and said It should take only 24 hours. I never got an email or any help. Fast forward today I talked to 3 agents and they all gave me the same bs. “We can’t do anything to help, waiting for the people to verify you.” At this point I don’t know what to do, does anyone know? At the bottom I attached my message with the agent yesterday. I even showed it to the agents and they gave me a bullshit excuse.

Hi all. I was using Ignition and having fun. I’m a U.S. citizen, living in Vietnam. I made a few withdrawals using Match Pay, and they were instant. Then, went to make another for $300 and said “under review”. I always use a VPN for protection on financial transactions. After the review, they said my IP didn’t match my listed location and disabled my account. Said they may reopen account, but cannot withdraw any money outside the U.S. Gave my back to match pay. They sure did take my deposits tho. Any advice or thoughts on this are appreciated, thanks!

I have no idea what is going on with ignition. Their bonuses are absolutely awful now. They changed about 4 months ago. My old bonus for poker was for 48k points, I could get a free $150 poker ticket if I deposited $110. Now you need 675k points to get a $150 ticket. It really makes no sense because you can turn in 675k points and get $675. You would have to do a 35x play through on that, but I would rather try to play through then spend it on a $150 ticket. 1.3 million points for a $300 ticket!!! Shit, you would have to play a years worth of slots to get that many points. 1.3 million points equates to roughly $300k worth of spins. Oh yeah, birthday bonuses are also shit now. $150 bonus. Last year I got $250. Scratch cards are shit too. 4 months ago I would get 5k points regularly and 25k and 50k a few times a month and in the past 4 months I’ve have gotten 1k all but 2 times. If I wasn’t a gambling addict I would quit this shit.

I’ve played here for ten plus years now & I have to say every year it gets worse and worse. Back when they were begging for referrals to their site these games actually payed out very close to their RTP. Now? It takes hundreds of spins just to get a bonus IF you ever do & the entire rounds never even pay out the initial bet & this is the normal now. RTP numbers are basically made up. They can control how often bonus rounds are given, what percentage to average payout, average spin payout… pretty much everything is in their hands

I was playing blackjack online and ran up my account to be decent enough to withdraw some funds. now they disabled my account. and been waiting for sometime since the 8th of April. I was told weeks or no timeliness to review my account. it was not a problem depositing money and when it came time to withdraw my money. it was instantly disable for a "temporary review" they said it takes a while. do all players go through this process? I'm concern that ignition casino going to take my money I played with and what ever I have , I would said $1200 usd. I need help with this because I fear they would take my money and ban me. for no reason.

I was playing this morning, decided to play a little golden buffalo hotdrop jackpot. I was spinning for .80 a spin, hit a bonus the first spin was pretty good $45 then the game froze and kicked me out. Normally i just reload the game and continue the bonus well that didnt happen… contacted support and they tried to tell me i did not hit for $45 or anything for that matter, asked for a SC didnt know i need to record every single game… after being gaslighted for over an hour they finally saw the open round and now are telling me its going to take 2 days to review the bonus!! Crazy work fellas.. Im a platinum level player and the amount of skepticism by the support team is beyond me

UPDATE --> I joined the discord site for Ignition... looks like it's not just me, it's everyone. Ignition is down for everyone atm... I feel better :) Ignition has been getting buggier as time goes on... I was logged in and playing tonight... then things got weird / tables locked up. Still had 2 going with no problem. I closed everything down, restarted, cleared cache... now all I get is "ERROR" in a red bar when attempting to login Browser and client both don't work. I can't even send a support message... live chat, no one shows up. Any help appreciated, thanks.

TLDR; creative contests are fun & the new stream was a killer idea 💡! Loving the community 🫶 I think the avatar/meme ones are fun— I love seeing everyone’s creativity! So it may seem like a kush job (and in many ways it is & it does have lots of perks), it is in no way easy so much respect, I think you’re killing it! They really reduced the scratch & win from 7 days to 4 days, but worded it like they made a positive change for players; it's actually comical. I left Bovada about 6 months back after spending 7 years on there because of how terrible it had become(beyond terrible customer service, extreme lack of any bonuses, major scratchcard change that hurt regular players, slot rtps down the drain...i could go on for hours) and it looks like Ignition is following in the same steps I've deposited pretty much weekly since transferring here and have unlocked the scratch & win every time, and I have never even sniffed anything more than 10,000 ignition miles. Out of curiosity, I dug deep looking for posts/pictures to see how often players hit the 1m from it, and it was like trying to find a needle in a haystack. On top of that, while searching, the majority of posts I found were people complaining about how awful the scratch & win has become compared to what it used to be before. This is definitely going to be a final straw for a lot of players, rightfully so. I was shocked by the "10% mystery boost" but kinda swept it under the rug, and then they followed it up with this Looks like it's time to go hunting for a new home :/

and still here I sit with a disabled account. initially I created my account fully verified the account first. played with the free funds. then deposited $100 a few games later in a few spins I win $600 and I withdrawal through crypto ethereum. I get an email I accepted withdrawal then I go to bed when I get up I go to login and it tells me my accounts disabled. after what I would think is hundreds of emails back and forth with support still not made any progress they just keep telling me the review will take as long as it needs the account review will take as long as it needs. I messaged chat and abundance of times hounding on them for months on months on months. and I'm still not made any progress whatsoever I have no idea what else to do

Hi, just started. I skipped all bonuses, went up $25 in blackjack as a test run. My deposit was from a debit card. Went to withdraw $25 won, and only Crypto or Match Pay options. Match Pay was a hassle. Not even sure how that works or how they get paid. I made an offer of “$25” - someone accepted. I used Venmo, then put that back on my debit card. I’m not keen on crypto payments , taxes are complicated enough. Just want to collect $25 a day for my expenses as an expat in Vietnam. Why won’t they just credit back to my debit card? A lot of round about ways to get paid, all complicated. Thanks much!

Literally watched the site freeze and it wouldn’t register when I clicked the call button. Once it unfroze, the hand was basically at the river with my hand auto folded. Site support literally refuses to do anything to remedy the situation and claims it’s just an issue on my end. The lag & time outs happen to nearly everyone in these large tournaments at one point or another. Very untrustworthy site, if you’re going to have a glitchy site atleast remedy the situation when someone wastes 3 hours in a tournament and loses solely because of your shitty servers/site.

Any idea how to access this? Im a LATAM player, was using Bodog up until yesterday I guess. When I tried to log in, it redirected me to Ignition for download, which I did. I successfully logged in and played a session there. Today when I try to load the desktop application nothing happens, when I go to Ignition Casino, Ignition Poker, Oozone, etc. Im told the service is not available in my area and cannot log in. Is there some alternate domain I need to use (would sometimes be told this when dealing with CS back when it was Bodog)?
