Minted

Has anyone else had issues with Minted and needing to customize something as small as the font color for their invitations??? I was able to customize the font color on my own for my entire invitation suite, but the belly bands I want didn’t give me the option. So I requested it and put the exact name of the font color I used for every other piece of stationery in my order. I just got the proofs back and the person changed the font color to something COMPLETELY DIFFERENT for the WHOLE ENTIRE SUITE??? Like it’s not even close to what it was before? I denied the proofs and now I’m waiting for new ones but I’m starting to get nervous because I’m already cutting it close with the timing of needing to send these out. Also, they already charged my card!!! They have $700 of my money and it’s gonna take forever to get something as small as the font color correct??? Anyone have similar issues that were hopefully resolved in a timely manner?
