We designed our own invites for paper, but also created them in digital. We used a wedding website which had a guest list feature (wedsites) which allows a lot of different tracking and such. We sent physical to people, but then digital to friends we knew were traveling. They have an auto generated invite based off your website template, but you can upload your own too. Includes links and things for rsvp.

I had this same problem as a bride who wanted a more colorful and playful aesthetic and found the options on sites like The Knot and Zola very wanting!! We used Wedsites for our website because it allows a lot more design flexibility than The Knot, Zola, etc., but you don’t have to be a professional designer to make it look good. For invites, Etsy has tons of super cute invitation templates with the retro/70s aesthetic that can be further customized on Canva. That’s where I would look if I were you!

No plenty of people use wix or squarespace! A wedding I went to a few weeks ago used wix. There’s sites like the knot, Zola, minted, withjoy, bliss & bone, wedsites (I’m forgetting a few) and these are more specifically for weddings but they usually have more robust RSVP management and sometimes have budgeting/planning features.

Hi! We made our website using Wedsites and have had people ask us how to gift us money for wedding, honeymoon, etc. We have heard of people using Honeyfund and Zola but have heard some horror stories about the money being caught up in those sites when trying to take it out. Was wondering if there were any standout ways people have received monetary gifts from those asking. Any tips appreciated!
