Hi all. I have a client specifically looking for a 5 bedroom Villa in Eden Hills, Mohammed Bin Rashid City by Haus & Haus.
The project is still in its off plan stage, which the buyer is aware of. Ideally looking for a below market price. Ideally a 5 bedroom villa but client would consider 6 bedroom also.
Happy to collaborate with agents, who are open enough to be honest and say if it’s direct or indirect. I just don’t want to deal with unethical agents that say it’s direct and then after details have been provided suddenly remember that there is another 2 agents involved. Please have some honesty and integrity.
The buyer is an established existing client with one of my team members and is vetted, for anyone asking this question.
Also, if you have access to the property, please provide the full details in one go, rather than phased release. We will need the sizes (BUA and Plot Size), the location in the community (a rough guide is fine), floor plans, payment plan and details of how much has already been paid along with the Original Price.
