Сервера Нинтендо базируются(как минимум частично) на Амазоне, который блокируется ркн, так что для начала нужен прокси на свиче(настройки вай-фай сети) или впн на роутере. А по поводу оплаты, можно сменить регион аккаунта и оплачивать картами пополнения(ggsel и подобные в помощь). Также у меня получалось скачивать игры без прокси через сайт нинтендошопа(заходил с пк, аккаунт на консоли и на сайте должен совпадать), но это было пару месяцев назад, может сейчас уже не получится

This is my first time buying GTA 5, since I live in Russia and the game is not available in the Russian Steam region. I tried to create foreign Steam accounts, but I was not successful. In Russia, there are many websites where you can buy game keys. I purchased GTA 5 from one of these popular sites (GGSEL). The game cost 1580 rubles and included two versions: Legacy and a newer version. After the purchase, the seller gifted the game to my Steam account, and it was successfully added to my library. I downloaded the game and when I try to create a Rockstar account and enter my details, I get error #1.500.7. As I understand, this is a fairly common issue. I have tried many different methods to fix it, but nothing has worked. I even asked a friend who also lives in Russia (in a different region) to try, but it did not work for her either. Tomorrow I will ask my sister, who is currently in Armenia, to try creating an account, but I am not sure it will help. I have already changed my internet provider, my IP address, tried different networks, and even connected through Wi-Fi from other countries (I think China or Japan, I don’t remember exactly), but the problem still remains. Honestly, I have tried a lot of things, and I am surprised that other people can fix this issue so easily, sometimes just by using a VPN or proxy. But nothing seems to work for me. It is very disappointing because this is my first purchase of a Rockstar game, and I immediately ran into these issues. I kindly ask for your help in solving this problem. На маркетплейсе GGSel возникла серьезная проблема при попытке оплаты товаров из Беларуси. В корзине при выборе любого товара будь то гифт или ключ после нажатия кнопки оплаты ничего не происходит. Вместо перехода на страницу ввода данных карты или в банковское приложение сайт просто выдает техническое окно со статусом ожидаем оплаты. Висит стандартный таймер на 15 минут который просто отсчитывает время назад но фактического редиректа на платежный шлюз не случается.Я пробовал переходить к разным продавцам и менять товары в корзине но результат везде абсолютно одинаковый. Система корректно определяет мой регион и даже добавляет необходимую доплату за конвертацию или региональные ограничения но само окно банка так и не вылезает. При этом я использую обычную белорусскую карту и раньше подобных затыков никогда не возникало. Похоже на то что запросы от белорусских провайдеров или самих банков сейчас блокируются на уровне платежного агрегатора площадки.Самое странное что даже при смене браузера и отключении всех возможных расширений ситуация не меняется и сайт просто стоит на месте. Если кто-то сталкивался с подобным в последнее время подскажите как это можно исправить или это массовый сбой в работе шлюзов которые принимают платежи из СНГ. Возможно есть какой-то рабочий способ заставить систему прогрузить страницу оплаты или стоит просто подождать пока техподдержка починит свои внутренние скрипты.
