I mostly just see people referencing some advertising industry events/exhibitions/conferences online but I don't really follow the adult segment stuff to name all exact ones - but there is an event happening soon hosted by an advertising agency (that actually specializes in the adult and betting segments) as an example - the event is called playstars, the agency is trafficstars, you can find more info online. There is also the bigger I-con conference happening around the same dates, and it's even listed on specific websites - https://www.adultindustryevents.com/

F95zone massive community, they're more tolerant about content types. Create a thread there, even if you can't host the files directly you can link out to wherever you're actually hosting it. For the [itch.io](http://itch.io) workaround some people create a page with no explicit images, just screenshots of the text or UI, describe the game vaguely and link to their own site. Technically within the rules, grey area but people do it maybe throw away account not on main account. SEO on your own site is going to be a long game. Google suppresses adult content hard and new domains take forever to rank. Don't count on organic search for at least a year.
Paid traffic is probably your fastest option. TrafficStars is built for adult content, they put ads on the big tube sites. Not cheap but actually targeted. Some of the bigger tube sites also have game sections worth looking into, though I'm not sure how many accept photorealistic stuff vs animated.

Post Title: Growth focused media buyer, Meta plus Native plus funnel optimization, open to roles.. Delhi/NCR preferably.
Author: St0n3KeSanam
Post Body: I’ve spent the last 5+ years working hands on in paid acquisition across multiple ecosystems, not limited to a single platform.
Experience includes Meta, Propeller, Outbrain, Taboola, Advertizer, and high competition traffic environments like TrafficStars and Traffic Factory.
My work has largely focused on solving performance problems, not just launching campaigns.
Worked with a D2C packaged food brand where the main challenge wasn’t traffic volume but inefficiencies in the buying journey. Focused on identifying funnel leaks, improving user flow, and strengthening how the website drives decisions.
Also worked with a consumer finance platform focused on helping users manage and settle credit card and loan liabilities. The core issue here was trust, hesitation, and friction before users take action.
Used behavioral tools like Microsoft Clarity to understand:
where users drop
what causes hesitation
how people interact with key decision points
Then worked on:
UX improvements
site clarity and structure
conversion flow adjustments
messaging and decision triggers
Most of my strengths sit at the intersection of:
paid acquisition
user psychology
funnel optimization
creative testing
scaling once performance stabilizes
Comfortable working across both clean brand environments and high volatility performance ecosystems.
Now looking to work with a team where paid acquisition is treated as a growth function and experimentation is encouraged.
Open to full time or contract roles across performance marketing, media buying, or growth.
