I’m going through IVF right now before I have surgery in August (I have bilateral endometriomas and blocked tubes) so my list may be slightly different - but also feel it’s important to focus on self care in this stage! Which pregnancy pillow did you get? Last round of embryo freezing I felt I could have used one! The coop brand incline pillow (I put it under my knees and find it helps me sleep during my period by reducing strain on my low back esp when doing IVf and will be useful for surgery recovery also) I bought a new pair of eberjey pajamas (thinnest waist band which is best for my endo belly and so soft and luxurious) Got a vibration plate + small hooga red light + an orchid lol Started acupuncture Also starting pelvic floor pt May get a sourdough making kit :) and started doing my nails at home (saving money + hands on hobby to keep me busy and feeling cute!)

I've amassed a large amount of nicer bras in the last couple of years (Natori, Simone Perele, Eberjey, Chantelle & Wacoal) but sadly my boobs are no longer as full as they used to be. My back is happier though. You win some you lose some. Since I have so many, I was able to rotate them & all are gently used/in great condition (straps & bands aren't stretched out, cups are in good shape). Any recommendations for women's shelters that will take them? I'd rather not donate to Goodwill or Salvation Army. Thanks in advance, b's!

Eberjey, Skims soft lounge stuff, Intimissimi modal pieces, and even nice cotton sets from Aerie are really good for that pretty comfortable vibe.

The Giselle sleep shirt from Eberjey is my most comfortable one, but Rifle Paper has very cute button sleep shirts in colorful and gorgeous prints I'm also happy with.

Eberjey is magnificent, but expensive.

Try Printfresh, MagicLinen, Lake Pajamas, Desmond & Dempsey. Old Navy has surprisingly stepped up their game - I’d like to try these out. I personally don’t like Eberjey and their over reliance of synethics/modals. Avoid Petite Plume - cheap fabrics made in china and their flannels shrink an entire size. Definitely not worth the luxury price point they charge.

Soft pajamas! Maybe eberjeys?

We’ve all been there: you want to feel a little more “put together” at bedtime, but spending $80 on a silk set that requires hand-washing feels like a chore. You want the **sleek look of satin** without the high-maintenance price tag or the fear of ruining it in the laundry. The Amazon Essentials Women’s Satin Pajama Set promises to solve that exact problem. Marketed as a “stylish sleepwear essential,” this set aims to bring a luxe feel to your nightly routine while staying firmly within a budget-friendly range. But does it actually feel like satin, or is it just stiff polyester? I analyzed hundreds of verified customer reviews to see if this set belongs in your pajama drawer.  [**Check the current price for the Amazon Essentials Satin PJ Set on Amazon**](https://everydaymomdeals.com/amazon-essentials-womens-satin-pajama-set-review-affordable-luxury-or-just-a-budget-basic/) # Quick Summary (TL;DR) **Who it’s for:** The shopper looking for **cute, matching loungewear** for summer nights, bridal parties, or travel who wants a polished look without a high price. * **Biggest Pros:** **True-to-size fit**, maintains its look **after washing**, and features a very **lightweight, breathable drape**. * **Biggest Cons:** Fabric can feel **stiff initially**, and some users found it less “silky” than expected compared to high-end brands. * **Quick Recommendation:** A solid **4.3-star rated** option for the price. If you prioritize style and ease of care over pure silk softness, this is a great buy. # Product Overview This set is a classic two-piece lounge combo designed for warmer weather or those who run hot at night. * **Material:** 100% Polyester (Satin Georgette finish). * **Safety:** **OEKO-TEX Standard 100** certified (tested for harmful chemicals). * **Design:** Button-front top with a notch collar and **elastic waistband** shorts. * **Inseam:** 4-inch inseam on size small shorts. # Key Features Breakdown # 1. Lightweight Satin Georgette The fabric is designed with a **smooth finish and elegant drape**. Unlike heavy flannels or thick cotton, this georgette satin is meant to feel “barely there,” making it ideal for **packing for getaways** or lounging on humid evenings. # 2. Thoughtful Tailoring It features **contrast piping** on the sleeves, leg cuffs, and collar, giving it a high-end look that mimics expensive boutique sets. The **patch pocket** is a small but functional detail that adds to the “classic pajama” aesthetic. # 3. Machine-Washable Convenience The biggest benefit of a polyester-satin blend is durability. While real silk is fragile, this set is built to be **machine-washed in cold water**, making it a low-maintenance staple for busy routines. # REAL Pros (Based on Reviews) * **“Perfect for Gifting”:** Many reviewers mention buying these for **bridesmaids or family gifts** because the colors are “vibrant and beautiful.” * **“Washes Beautifully”:** Owners report that it **doesn’t shrink or lose its sheen** after multiple trips through the laundry. * **“Wrinkle-Resistant”:** Users love that they can wake up and the set still looks “as if they just put it on,” unlike cotton sets that bunch and crease. * **“True to Size”:** Verified buyers frequently praise the **relaxed fit**, stating it’s “not too tight in the booty” but still flattering.  [**See why shoppers are giving this set a 4.3-star rating on Amazon**](https://everydaymomdeals.com/amazon-essentials-womens-satin-pajama-set-review-affordable-luxury-or-just-a-budget-basic/) # REAL Cons (Based on Reviews) * **“Stiffness at First”:** Some customers noted that the fabric felt **“stiff or inferior”** right out of the bag, though many mentioned it softened slightly after the first wash. * **“Button Issues”:** A recurring (though minor) complaint is that **buttons can fall off** after a few months of wear, though they are easy to sew back on. * **“Not for Cold Climates”:** The lightweight fabric offers **almost no warmth**, which is great for summer but not for winter nights. # Who This Is For (And NOT For) **Ideal For:** * **Warm Sleepers:** Those who need something **cooling and light**. * **Bridal Parties:** A cost-effective way to get matching “getting ready” photos. * **Budget-Conscious Fashionistas:** Anyone who wants the **designer look** for under $30. **Avoid If:** * **You Want Pure Silk:** If you’re looking for the buttery, organic feel of real mulberry silk, you will be disappointed by this synthetic blend. * **You Have Sensitive Skin:** Some reviews suggest the seams can be slightly itchy if you have extremely sensitive skin. # Deep Dive: What Customers Are Really Saying The overarching theme in reviews is **“Value for Money.”** Most customers are surprised that a set at this price point holds its shape so well. One reviewer noted that for their weight (120 lbs), the **size small was a perfect fit**, highlighting that the shorts don’t dig into the waist. While the fabric quality is the most debated point—with some calling it “luxurious” and others “average”—the consensus is that for an everyday pajama set, it **outperforms expectations**. # Value for Money Analysis Is it worth it? **Yes.** When you compare this to high-end brands like Eberjey or Lunya (which can cost $100–$200), the **Amazon Essentials Satin Set** offers about 80% of the look for 20% of the price. While it lacks the “breathability” of natural silk, its **durability and style** make it a winner for casual use. # Comparison to Alternatives If this set isn’t quite right, consider these other popular options on Amazon: * **Inspire Chic Satin Set:** Often features more **unique patterns** and a slightly different button layout. * **Unique Bargains Satin PJs:** Known for having a **very wide range of colors** (like Champagne and Purple) and a similar relaxed fit. # FAQ Section **Q: Does it have pockets in the shorts?** A: No, this specific set only features the single patch pocket on the top. **Q: Is the waistband adjustable?** A: It is a **fixed elastic waistband**, so while it stretches, there is no drawstring for fine-tuning the fit. **Q: Can I put these in the dryer?** A: Most reviewers recommend **hanging to dry** to maintain the satin sheen, but some have used the “low heat” dryer setting with no issues. **Q: Is it see-through?** A: The darker colors (Navy, Black) are completely opaque. The “Light Pink Roses” and lighter shades may be slightly sheer in direct light. **Q: Does the top stay buttoned?** A: Yes, the buttonholes are appropriately sized so they **don’t pop open** during sleep. # Final Verdict: Is It Worth It? **Yes.** If you want a cute, matching set that makes you feel a little more elegant while you drink your morning coffee, the Amazon Essentials Satin Pajama Set is a fantastic budget pick. It’s the “working woman’s” luxury—easy to wash, hard to wrinkle, and looks great in photos.  [**Buy the Amazon Essentials Satin Pajama Set on Amazon**](https://everydaymomdeals.com/amazon-essentials-womens-satin-pajama-set-review-affordable-luxury-or-just-a-budget-basic/)

Overall not good quality from my experience, lots of plastic fabrics. My friend ordered sets for her bridal party, washed before we were to wear them and some items started losing their threading. Better to shop other brands like eberjey imo

Eberjey pjs are the best!

(cross posted to BBBs as well) I am debating getting ready pjs for myself and my sisters (+ my fiance's sister) and I am having trouble deciding between brands. Would love any input/experience with the ones I have linked below, or other suggestions! The things I am looking for: - Size range! I would really love something with extended sizing, but definitely need it to go up to 2XL ish for the four of us. - The usual requirement of button front so we don't mess up hair and makeup. - Would prefer linen or cotton - my sisters and I are all really hot sleepers and these tend to work better for us than synthetics or bamboo lol. If something is particularly nice feeling I could be convinced otherwise. Not looking for silky weaves, I think cozy is more likely to get reworn. - In an ideal world, I would love the pajamas to be available in something in the burgundy/mauve/rusty orange family. Bonus points for florals. This is the least important, most things are at least available in pink and even if it isn't they don't NEED to match the dresses. - Would LOVE to keep it under $150 pp, we will be covering the full cost of this. Here are my contenders, roughly in order from furthest to closest to what I am looking for. [Eberjey Giselle](https://eberjey.com/products/gisele-printed-tencel-modal-relaxed-short-pj-set-rose-garden-cameo-pink-pale-pi) Pros: NYT wirecutter says they are comfy, the pink floral is nice. Cons: only goes to XXL, modal rather than cotton, relatively few color choices, on the high end of the budget. [Petite Plume Timeless Toile (or other patterns)](https://www.petite-plume.com/products/womens-pima-short-sleeve-short-set-in-timeless-toile) Pros: I like the florals, 100% cotton, I like that there are different color piping options on the white sets so I could coordinate if I wanted. Cons: Only certain colors (blues, mostly) include extended sizing. [Waverles Pleated Set](https://www.waverles.com/products/pleats-short-set-in-dove) Pros: Size range - some colors (including champagne, which could work for me) go to 4X! the pleats look very breezy and comfy, fabric is a linen blend. Cons: My ideal colors (pink and pink floral) only go to 2XL, the site doesn't specify what the linen is blended with so I don't have a good sense of what it would feel like. also this is petty, but I am getting bombarded with instagram ads for these guys which makes me a little suspicious. [Piglet in Bed Linen PJs](https://us.pigletinbed.com/products/elderberry-linen-blend-pajama-short-set?variant=46174938693824&currency=USD&cvg_source=google&cvg_adid=420704283247&cvg_cid=9486356351&gad_source=1&gad_campaignid=9486356351&gbraid=0AAAAACkPIzp6DVSJsgyLJ6gnXYSk-z50d&gclid=CjwKCAjwqazPBhALEiwAOuXqdFrUOstjVhrUNo4fZe-w9HPKwwqPHlwbdqakvRvru9I7r8Y44d_wyxoCbwgQAvD_BwE) Pros: linen, cute color, look super comfy. These would be close to perfect if this color didn't seem to be discontinued. The closest thing they currently have (the same set in "berry gingham") is also backordered in most sizes. Cons: only go to 2XL. Would love any and all advice, especially if you've tried these pajamas and can speak to what they feel like! Apologies for the wall of text, and thank you in advance! I know getting ready pajamas aren't a necessity, but it feels like it might be fun.

Received an email from Bloomingdale’s today titled “We want you back!” with a 25% off code. When I checked the restrictions on the discount, I was met with this wall of brands that are excluded. Basically, it can be used on…. Almost nothing. Guess they didn’t want me back that bad!

I just want to say, I made a post here 1st season and was like "Cal's robe is delicious, where can I get it" I am still wondering where I can get it. I think it might be Eberjey, but now I am even more curious. On another note, I have rewatched season 1 since Ep. 6 aired, and I wrote down all of the things I thought mattered and tried to link this all together. I am pretty sure there are so many easter eggs in this show that even if we guessed the theory correctly, there would still be more easter eggs to find and they would tell is more about the ending. I have let go. I don't care about guessing the theory anymore, although, I love reading everyone else's theories. All of this to say, whatever the ending of season 2 is, I just know that I will be watching season 1 and season 2 again most likely trying to find all of the easter eggs and maybe I will make a post if it I come up with anything worthy of sharing. lol. None of my friends watch this show, even though I have begged them too. so I am very grateful for all of you posting your theories. I cant get organized enough to come up with a solid one. so kudos to those that have!! I don't know how you guys do it. I would honestly love a word document or a map of all of the easter eggs and things so we could solve the mysteries, because that is one of the most fun parts of this show.
