We cannot Top Up with Pi. I've been in contact with Zypto support for 4 months now (each month I contact them once to check if the issue has been resolved), and they claim that the issue is on Pi network side, which Pi team has confirmed, but nothing has been done so far. My issue with Zypto is the following: I purchased a Zypto physical card which I cannot currently use, because their partnership with Pi is on hold, for what ever reason. But my cards expiration will not be extended once the service resumes according to Zypto support, and I feel that this is not right.

Zypto has not been able to process Pi Network top ups to Visa cards due to hold up from Pi network - as per claims from Zypto support. Pi Core Team has aknowledged the issue, but after 4 months there's no solution. I find this a problem, as Visa cards have expiration dates, and we are not able to use them. I personally have acquired a physical Zypto card, and after a few months of successful usage, for 4 months this service is denied - Pi Core Team is not solving the issue on their end, and Zypto doesn't care that the cards have expiration dates. Not really a type of service one would recommend.

Zypto is a KYB verified partner since the 3rd of July 2025 that enables Pioneers to use their Pi via Visa debit cards, but for 3 months now, they have not been able to provide services due to an issue/API improvement from Pi CT (as stated by Zypto support). CT is aware of this issue, a MOD let them know about it. The good news is, Zypto is working on their own Top Up app for the Pi ecosystem, "coming soon".

IMPORTANT UPDATE: The Electroneum App and my.electroneum.com wallets are closing on 12th July 2026. All transactional functionality of the Electroneum App and my.electroneum.com wallet system has ceased already. The ONLY way to access / transfer or transact with any ETN stored in this wallet system is to download your Private Key and make use of a third party wallet system. There are plenty of third party wallet systems available that are simple to use and offer advanced features and functions. Why is it shutting down? The Electroneum blockchain has come a long way since its launch and is now fully EVM and Web3 compatible. The Electroneum App and my.electroneum.com wallet systems are not fully Web3 compatible wallets and because there are many superb third party wallet software providers out there it does not make sense to update our systems.
