SkyAccess (your brand)
90-day Reddit mention audit · prepared for SkyAccess (skyaccess.com)
Visibility has gotten better, too. Historically, many empty legs surfaced only through brokers or operator contacts, so people outside that world rarely saw them. Now there are different models, some services blend charter and empty legs, while marketplace-style platforms show what operators are actually listing. SkyAccess is one example of that marketplace approach. The benefit is transparency. The trade-off is that the listings remain dependent on the original charter, so availability can change quickly.

Some listings you see on [skyaccess](http://skyaccess.com) could be listings by brokers themselves. Brokers operate through relationships. If they know an operator who doesn't advertise their empty legs anywhere else, then their offers will be exclusive. Or if they get their offers from API sources, then a lot of it may overlap. There are a few sites like this [charteralert](http://charteralert.com) does something similar. Each site will have their own sources of deals they pull some. Check them out

I get the general idea that a chartered plane completes a route and has to return empty, so sometimes these flights are offered at a discount
But I don’t understand how the actual process of listing these flights occurs
Do the operators advertise these somewhere or is it all done through brokers
Is there a certain way these are advertised or is it scattered across various methods
And if this has been going on for years, why does it seem like something that most people have never even heard of
Noticed a few marketplace sites like SkyAccess where operators seem to list directly but not sure how much of the market actually works that way
Is it just not advertised very well or is there a reason why the industry keeps it on the down low
Trying to understand the actual process of how these flights actually get advertised to potential buyers

Keeps popping up on my feed that you can fly private for a fraction of the cost by booking empty leg flights
Sounds too good to be true
Has anyone actually done this or is it just bait to get you on a call with a broke
Saw one site called SkyAccess that shows actual prices without making you request a quote but still skeptical
Title says it all. Is skyaccess a legit platform?
So I get the idea that a plane from a private jet drops someone off and has to get back empty, so they sell that flight for cheaper
But every time I try to research it, I just run into walls of broker contact forms and “request a quote” pages
How do people actually find these flights
Is there a way to just see what’s available or do you have to know someone or be on some kind of list
Alot of people on reddit mentioned about SkyAccess idk if its legit or not.Has anyone used it?
And if you do find one, how does it work if can anyone book it or do you have to be verified somehow
Curious because the idea seems sound but the process seems weirdly opaque
