Hudson RPO

This is a real problem and tooling alone doesn't fix it, you would need both. On the tooling side, Metaview handles this pretty well for as you can set custom templates per client so the structured output is scoped to that client's criteria, not a generic format that bleeds across. Notes stay in separate client workspaces and sync to the right ATS record. Hudson RPO and Riviera Partners both use it for exactly this kind of multi-client structure. The process side is making sure intake always happens per client, per role, no shared ICP assumptions, I mean it sounds obvious but it's the part that slips first.

The Hudson RPO business and Hudson Recruitment business are complete separate companies. Why they still share a name I don't know.
Reliability in this space usually means one thing, consistency.
It’s not just about sending candidates once. It’s about doing it week after week, without follow-ups, without delays, and without too much noise.
Some commonly used names by staffing firms include QX Global Group (USA & UK) , AMS, Cielo, Allegis Global Solutions, WilsonHCG, Korn Ferry and Hudson RPO.
But in reality, staffing firms don’t choose just based on brand. They look at things like:
* Can they handle volume?
* Do they understand the roles?
* Are they easy to work with daily?
Please share your thoughts as well.
