on your outlier dashboard, you should see continue tasking and when you click on it, you'll see create multimango acct and then set up hubstaff after
Yes, I downloaded the Hubstaff desktop app , set it up with the email the created my outlier app with and the aether task is not linked to it. The problem is that I didn't receive invitation link for the hubstaff account creation. How can I get the link,
The delay is probably to manually check whether someone did actual work or not. Scammers have been bragging about milking the hubstaff timer without doing any work.
They should just use Hubstaff to track time once, what's the need of submitting tasks on both MM and anf HAI platforms. This is the cause of discrepancies and they should solve it instead of deducting pays while they are the cause of all these.
set up your multimango and hubstaff acounts
You need to only do the project when the Hubstaff timer is on. That’s how you get paid.
Hi guys! Thank you so much!
Hubstaff is only used for Aether. All other projects use Outlier's timer.
They are not paid and they are basically all about MM / hubstaff issues. I wasted time watching webinars that answered no questions about actual tasks...the answers were just as vague and confusing as the guidelines.
hubstaff not finding my openclaw projects, how the hell am i supposed to get paid

So I have been working for aether since 2 months, my project is still active, I see tasks in mm but I don't see the project in hubstaff.
What should i do?
Please help me.
I tried to start a project on Aether but the issue is when I try to start a project the blue "start" button on the Hubstaff app is grayed out and wont start, as if it doesnt recognise that I have started a project?
That's why I am job hopping. Happened to me during my first corporate job. I'm not the perfect employee but I worked seriously, butthe management only sees the negative side of me. Then I applied for another job that time and landed one. They saw my potential and promoted me. Then few years, then again managment just saw my mistakes, not the wins. So I applied for another job and same thing happened, got promoted. Now I saw the corporate pattern, I applied on every job sites I saw like Simple Apply, indeed, hubstaff and connect with people on linkedin. Once I got the job and promoted, I apply to another one till I got my satisfaction.

I've passed the Aether assessment and there are task but Hubstaff shows no project selected.
I have experienced time tracker myself, and as a dev, this is very stupid especially if they use the activity rate as basis for your performance. Unang una most of our work (lalo na ngayon with coding agents) involves reading and checking if things are right, this means a huge part of our day involves not moving anything to focus on analysis and reviews. Additionally, this method punishes fast worker. If you can finish a 4 hour work in 1 hour, then you're being punished for the next 3 hours and there's literally zero reason to be fast.
That's why I decided to create this tool.
**How it works:**
\- The tool is a combination of a hardware and a software (to be run on a separate computer)
\- This means your work PC will never know something is going on as there's no software running to bypass it, and there's a hardware connected classified as a keyboard
\- The software has an algorithm that you can "program" (it's just defining how your work is done), and it picks one of the potential work based on your config's chance. It then triggers the necessary keystrokes para maperform yung task na yun
\- The hardware will ingest these instructions then "types" it out like a real keyboard
**Other cool features:**
\- All keypress has random millisecond variation kapag "pinepress" eto, meaning it's never uniform
\- Harder key combinations are slower to "type". For example mas madaling i-press ang "tp" kesa sa "cz" dahil sa location neto sa QWERTY keyboard. Same with ALT + F4, or CTRL + SHIFT + ESC
\- Random pauses on space and dots. So may chance to "think" on sentence endings, like a human would
\- Hourly break-time (configurable) to appear like you're taking a CR break, making a cup of coffee, or stretching. Very human.
\- Typo mechanism. Configurable rin ang chance neto, so it once triggered it can do two types of typo: 1. type our the wrong letter, then delete, then retype the correct one 2. or finish the whole word, "realize" it's wrong, deletes until the wrong letter and retype. It also has 50% chance to commit mistake again on the same word, and another 20% chance to commit a 3rd typo. Very human design.
Attached below is a screenshot from a demo hubstaff account. I fixed the breakless work and sustained high focus time using the hourly break-time mechanism. Can't do anything on the predominantly keyboard usage, but on an actual use, I'm sure you'll use mouse to do your real work naman, so that will probably not get triggered.

**Things it can do:**
\- Scroll around a document using up and down arrow key OR page up and page down
\- Alt tab between windows
\- Open anything using windows key + program name
\- "Retype" an entire document (you'll put it in the app's files) and pretend you're doing it from scratch. It can also have multiple files, so once it's done with one, i-dedelete n'ya using CTRL + A + Backspace, then type a new real work document
\---
If you're interested in this, PM me, it's not free of course. But I assure you, as an OE too, the ability to get a second job will far surpass the value.

Hi Everyone! Let me tell you about my journey in OFM so you can have a better understanding of my experience as a Manager and Chatter. I began working in an agency, where I engaged with fans on free accounts and paid accounts, offering the virtual girlfriend experience, MILF, Mistress, and other niches while persuading them to buy content. Over time, I transitioned to becoming a social media manager, responsible for coordinating new content, custom videos, and video calls for the model. I meticulously organized the content vault, sent MM's, and ensured that chatters demonstrated good writing skills and provided excellent service. Additionally, I have experience with various CRM platforms such as Supercreator, Inflow, Hubstaff, Multilogin, and CreatorHero. I've been in this industry for 3 years and I've worked with one of the Top 0.15% creator in an agency. One aspect I particularly enjoy is building rapport with fans. I believe in finding a balance between being engaging, funny, and subtly sexy when it comes to chatting skills. While many chatters tend to focus solely on the sexual aspect, I've found that taking the time to simply converse and show genuine interest can lead to generous tips ranging from $200 to $1000. It's all about providing fans with the experience they crave and to build long-term relationships.
I can provide my CV for you to know more about my background. And you can also contact me here for any questions, Thank you!

What is the purpose of Acting Class and are we getting paid to do it? I am curious cause there is nothing on Hubstaff and there is apparently 100 tasks for acting class.
My fault din naman. If tapos na ako sa task ko, I do something with my keyboard para active parin. Kasi if I only move it once in a while to keep being active, ang liit talaga ng activity rate. Dapat kasi di kami bababa sa 50% per day.
Nag random check si Agency kaya na verbal warning ako. I know they use it for billing.. Filing leaves etc. No screenshot din. But I just wish they won't base it on activity rate. Ayoko kasi maquestion kung bat may mga days na sobrang baba kasi wala talaga akong masyadong ginagawa in a day minsan.
Hay ewan. Hahaha may naka experience na neto with an agency?

Long story short: I'm one of the many who got kicked out of Aether for no good reason. That was at the start of the month (May 7th). Today, I see that MM is back on my Hubstaff but nothing on the Outlier page or the MM page (I still appear as unapproved).

One thing the Hubstaff team has noticed after reviewing dozens of Windows time tracking tools is that the “best” option usually depends more on workflow than features.
* Freelancers tend to prefer simplicity. Agencies prioritize invoicing and billable hours.
* Remote and hybrid teams need visibility, payroll support, and workload management.
* Field teams care more about GPS, attendance, and accountability.
Some of the tools that consistently come up for different use cases:
**Hubstaff** is often recommended for remote and hybrid teams that need more than basic time tracking, including payroll automation, AI workforce analytics, productivity insights, and reporting.
**Toggl** is popular among freelancers and small teams because it offers lightweight, easy-to-use time tracking without a lot of complexity.
**Harvest** is commonly used by agencies and service-based businesses that need to track billable hours, manage project budgets, and streamline client invoicing.
**Clockify** is frequently chosen by startups and smaller teams looking for a free or low-cost way to handle basic time tracking and timesheets.
**RescueTime** is designed more for personal productivity, helping individuals understand how they spend their time and reduce distractions throughout the workday.
**Paymo** combines project management, task organization, invoicing, and time tracking into a single platform for small businesses and agencies.
**BambooHR** is primarily an HR platform, but many small and mid-sized businesses also use it for manual time tracking, payroll support, and employee management.
A recurring pattern across teams: people stop using time trackers when they create more admin work instead of reducing it.
The tools that tend to stick long-term are the ones that solve operational problems like:
* payroll
* reporting
* budgeting
* client billing
* workload visibility
* capacity planning
The Hubstaff team is curious: what time tracking tools have actually lasted for your team beyond the first few months? And which ones looked great initially but didn’t hold up over time?

I manage a hybrid team and over the last year I’ve noticed something that’s becoming harder to ignore.
The people who are engaged and organized stay visible no matter where they work from. The problem is everyone in the middle. Not bad employees, not top performers either, just people slowly becoming harder to read operationally.
A few managers on our side started relying on Slack activity, calendar presence, and response times as indicators of productivity, which honestly feels inaccurate and creates unnecessary tension. At the same time, leadership keeps asking for more visibility into workload, accountability, and output because deadlines have started slipping more often in hybrid setups.
We tried more check-ins and reporting, but that just created meeting fatigue and more admin work for everyone involved.
Now leadership wants us to look into employee monitoring software and workforce analytics tools, but internally there’s a real debate happening. Some people see productivity tracking as necessary once teams become distributed, while others think it immediately turns into micromanagement and kills trust.
So far the names that keep coming up internally are ActivTrak, Hubstaff, Teramind, and CurrentWare. One reason CurrentWare keeps getting recommended to us is because some of our IT/security people like that it goes beyond just employee productivity tracking and also includes things like USB device control, web filtering, and insider threat visibility, which apparently matters more once you start dealing with contractors and hybrid environments.
I’m honestly curious how other managers are handling this balance now.
Are companies actually using employee monitoring software successfully in hybrid environments, or are most teams still trying to manage accountability manually?

Hi everyone,
I’m planning to claim foreign work experience for Express Entry/CEC and wanted honest opinions on my situation.
I worked remotely from Sept 2022–Nov 2023 for a UK software startup as an SDR (independent contractor). In my first study permit application (2023), I included my resume, offer letter, and bank statements showing salary deposits. But my resume had vague duties that probably matched a lower TEER.
Later, in my second study permit application and PGWP application, I didn’t mention this foreign experience because I thought only Canadian experience mattered.
Another issue is that the same employer paid me through 3 different UK companies over 13 months because he kept changing businesses. My offer letter also mentioned a future detailed contract, but it never got made.
I still have:
* bank statements
* offer letter
* work samples
* Loom videos
* some Hubstaff records
* chats/emails
I’m also close to completing 1 year Canadian TEER 1 experience.
Main concerns:
* Will IRCC see this as misrepresentation because I omitted it later?
* Can I still claim it if I now provide proper TEER 1/2 duties?
* Will the multiple company payments look suspicious even if the work was genuine?
Everything is real and truthful, just messy documentation/history. Curious what people think my chances are.

Hi everyone,
I’m planning to claim my foreign work experience for Express Entry/CEC and wanted some honest opinions on whether IRCC is likely to accept it.
Here’s my situation:
1. I worked remotely from Sept 2022 to Nov 2023 for a UK based employer as a Sales Development Representative (Independent Contractor). It was a software startup.
2. When I submitted my first study permit application in Oct 2023, I included:
* my resume
* offer letter
* Last 6 months of bank statements with highlighted salary transactions
1. However, I was unaware and my resume at that time was not updated properly and the duties mentioned there would probably match a lower TEER occupation.
2. In my second study permit application (Sept 2024), I did NOT mention this foreign work experience because I thought only Canadian work experience mattered. Same thing happened with my PGWP application in Aug 2025 I didn’t include the foreign experience there either.
3. My original offer letter mentioned that a more detailed employment contract would be created after 90/180 days, but that never happened and I just continued working normally.
4. Another complication is that the same employer paid me through 3 different UK companies over 13 months because he kept creating/dissolving businesses. Example:
* \~4 months from one company
* \~5 months from another
* \~4 months from another
1. I think one of those companies is still active today, but not the original company from my offer letter.
2. I do have supporting evidence:
* bank statements
* offer letter
* Loom videos
* some Hubstaff records
* work samples
* chats/emails
1. I'm on my way for 1 year of Canadian TEER 1 experience this year.
My main concerns are:
* Will IRCC think I misrepresented because I didn’t mention the foreign experience in later applications?
* Can I still claim this work experience now if I provide detailed responsibilities matching TEER 1/2?
* Will the changing companies/payments look suspicious even though the work was genuine?
* Does inconsistent job duty wording between old resume and PR application create major risk?
Everything is genuine and truthful. I’m just worried because my documentation/history is messy.

* my resume
* offer letter
* \~5 months from another
* \~4 months from another
1. I think one of those companies is still active today, but not the original company from my offer letter.
2. I do have supporting evidence:
* bank statements
* offer letter
* Loom videos
* some Hubstaff records
* work samples
* chats/emails
Realistically, what do you think my chances are of this being accepted?

Hi everyone, my Outlier project appears in Multimango/Aether but in Hubstaff it says 0 projects. I already connected Hubstaff and accepted the organization invite. Has anyone fixed this before?
If you work on Aether you probably know what the MM stands for since the subreddit forbades mentioning clients so I can say it explicitly but yea does every task you do need to have hubstaff running?
I was contacted for a job opening, and the email said I wouldn't need to go through the AI interview stage. So I finished my registration, signed up for everything that was required, and my account is functional.
I accessed the servers listed on the Aligner website and everything else. The issue is that the job posting is marked as "Invited," so I clicked proceed and went to an interview with the AI (which theoretically I shouldn't have needed to do, but the site required it). Then, at the end of the interview, the AI ended the conversation and the interview closed. But I still don't have any tasks on HubStaff or any portal; the job postings only appear as completed. Has this happened to you? Do I just have to wait?

About three months ago, I stumbled across Outlier and honestly? I rolled my eyes a little. Another "make money online" opportunity that was probably going to waste my time. But something made me give it a shot, and I'm glad I did... mostly.
**Getting Started Was Surprisingly Painless**
The recruitment process was way simpler than I expected. A few questions (some required some deep thinking ngl) to test my English proficiency, an ID verification, and that was basically it. No lengthy interviews, no jumping through hoops. Once I was in, I set up my payment, did a few training modules that were genuinely really easy, and within a day or two I was up and running with Hubstaff configured and ready to go. As far as onboarding experiences go, it was refreshingly smooth.
**The Work Itself? Actually Pretty Enjoyable**
Here's what I liked most is flexibility. There were always multiple tasks available, and you could pick and choose what you wanted to work on. Didn't enjoy a particular task? Just click on something else. You're not chained to anything you hate unless there's literally nothing else on the board. Even then, tasks typically rotated every 12-24 hours. I was working up to 10 hours a day, and in a good week I was pulling in over $1,000 CAD. For a contracted gig you can do from your couch, that's solid money.
The community surprised me too. Forums were active, questions got answered fast, either by fellow workers or a moderator, and people were actually helpful. It felt less isolating than I expected remote contract work to feel.
**Now For The Rough Parts**
Let me be real with you: the grading system is a mess. To stay on the project, you need to keep your score above a certain threshold, which is totally fair in theory. In practice though? You can follow the instructions to the letter and still get dinged with a low score. The running theory in the community is that graders are sometimes operating under different guidelines than the workers which, if true, is a serious problem that I hope they sort out.
And then there's what happened to me. I got flagged and deactivated for allegedly using AI to complete my prompts. I hadn't. It took me about three weeks of disputing before my account was finally reactivated with an acknowledgment that I'd been flagged incorrectly. Three weeks of lost income over a false flag. I got lucky. I've heard from plenty of others who got the same treatment and never got back in, with disputes going nowhere.
**The Bottom Line**
This is a contractor gig, full stop. They can deactivate your account at any time, for any reason, and your income can vanish overnight. Go in with that expectation clearly in your head. It is *not* a replacement for a stable job.
That said? For students, recent grads, or anyone with some free time looking to make meaningful extra income, I'd genuinely recommend it. The earning potential is real, the work is interesting, and the barrier to entry is low.

Hi team,
Just got onboarded with the slack, hubstaff, deel etc.
I know we're gonna start with the actual projects this week, but when do I start switching on Hubstaff? I'm asking because I was going through the materials, project information, not to mention a brief meeting last Saturday. One of the guys brought the question while he was reviewing the materials.
Do I switch on hubstaff for these set ups and reviewing the project? I haven't done so with my onboarding and the meeting.
I hope I don't sound greedy. I'm just checking as this is my first project.
Thank you. :)

Not actively job searching right now, but I had a recruiter reach out recently for a fully remote role that honestly seems pretty solid. Company looks good, pay would be a nice bump, and Glassdoor reviews are mostly positive.
Only thing that gave me pause was seeing multiple mentions of Hubstaff in reviews. I’d never heard of it before, but from what I can tell it’s employee tracking/time monitoring software used a lot with remote teams?
Curious if anyone here has experience with companies that use it. Is it one of those things that sounds worse than it is, or is it actually as intrusive as some people make it seem?
Also, would you bring this up during the interview process or just feel things out first? I really value flexibility/autonomy and don’t want to get halfway through the process before finding out it’s super micromanage-y.

I fell into a rabbit hole recently trying to figure out why so many teams seem to give up on their time tracking software after a few months.
At first I thought they were just complaining for the sake of it. But after digging through threads across Reddit, I started noticing the same thing over and over: the software almost never gets blamed directly, it’s always a user problem.
And the funny thing is, Reddit doesn’t really agree on a single best time tracking app.
What users actually recommend depends almost entirely on what kind of work you do. Freelancers want simplicity and invoicing. Managers want reporting and visibility. Construction and field teams want GPS and attendance. Productivity-focused users just want something that tracks quietly without becoming another job to manage.
And honestly, the software people care most about on Reddit aren’t always the ones with the longest feature lists. The ones that keep resurfacing are the ones people actually open every day without complaints.
Still, the same names kept showing up no matter which subreddit I checked. So here’s what the recurring Reddit consensus actually looks like for each one.
**TL;DR: Best Time Tracking Software According to Reddit**
* Best **free** time tracking software: Jibble or Clockify
* Best for **freelancers** billing clients: Harvest
* Best for personal **productivity:** Toggl Track
* Best **automatic/passive** tracker: ActivityWatch
* Best for **remote/distributed** teams: Hubstaff
* Best for **field teams with GPS attendance:** Jibble, Buddy Punch, Truein
* Best for **operational timesheets and attendance**: Jibble
**Jibble**
For construction and field teams, Jibble is the most consistently recommended free time tracking software on Reddit.
It wasn't appearing in "help me track my deep work sessions" threads. It kept showing up in threads about actual operational headaches (buddy punching, messy payroll inputs, field workers clocking in from locations nobody could verify, managers dealing with attendance disputes). Construction and field service threads especially kept coming back to it.
That context matters because it changes how you read the feature list. GPS tracking and facial recognition sound invasive when you're thinking about a 5-person remote startup. They sound completely reasonable (expected, even) when you're managing 40 field technicians across three sites who need to clock in and out reliably without a manager standing next to them.
Bottom line: if you're managing field teams and need GPS attendance, free unlimited users, and payroll-ready timesheets, Jibble is the clearest Reddit recommendation in 2026.
**Toggl Track**
Toggl kept showing up in threads where people were clearly exhausted by bloated software, but these were almost always solo users or very small desk-based teams.
People like that you open it, hit start, and move on. There's no system to maintain. It just sits there and does the thing.
The tradeoff is consistent though. Once teams get larger or workflows get more operational, Toggl starts showing its limits fast. Reporting gets thin. Costs scale faster than expected. And for anyone managing field workers or hourly crews, it's rarely even mentioned as an option.
Whether it's the right fit really depends on your workflow and how much complexity you're willing to trade away for simplicity.
**Clockify**
Clockify showed up in almost every "free time tracking software" thread, not because people love it, but because it exists and it doesn't require a credit card upfront.
Nobody is emotionally attached to Clockify. The most common vibe in threads is *"yeah we still use it"* said with the energy of someone describing their car insurance provider.
The real complaint is the interface. Once you're managing multiple projects and trying to pull reports, it starts feeling cluttered in a way that's hard to explain until you're actually in it. For field teams specifically, it rarely comes up as a serious recommendation.
**Harvest**
Harvest might have the strongest user loyalty on this list among freelancers and agencies, which is interesting because people complain about the pricing constantly.
The invoicing workflow is what drives that loyalty, because tracked time becomes a billable invoice without much friction in between. That's a very specific use case though, and outside of freelancers and client-billing agencies, it doesn't come up much.
The ceiling is clear. Once teams grow past a certain point, the cost-per-seat math stops making sense and people start looking at alternatives. Whether it's worth it depends entirely on how central client billing is to your workflow.
**ActivityWatch**
ActivityWatch is the outlier on this list and the people recommending it know it.
It shows up when someone is trying to understand where their own day actually goes (developers, writers), people working independently. The open-source angle matters a lot to this crowd.
Nobody is recommending this for workforce management, field teams, or payroll. It's a self-awareness tool. Those are genuinely different use cases and Reddit mostly keeps them separate.
**Hubstaff**
Hubstaff is the most divisive tool on this list and the debates are genuinely entertaining to read.
Managers recommend it confidently. Employees bring up screenshots. That's the pattern, almost without exception.
Both sides are usually right about the facts, they just weigh them completely differently. Whether that tradeoff is worth it depends entirely on your management philosophy and your team's existing trust level. It probably shouldn't be the first app you reach for if that relationship is already complicated.
**Buddy Punch**
Buddy Punch barely shows up in productivity discussions. It lives almost entirely in field-service and hourly workforce threads.
The GPS and scheduling features are why people recommend it, and the use case is narrow: you're managing people across locations and you're tired of people clocking in for each other. For that specific problem, Reddit seems to think it works. The main question that comes up is cost, it gets compared to Jibble frequently in those threads, especially once free plan limits come into the conversation.
**BigTime**
BigTime doesn't come up much in small business threads, and when it does, the reaction is usually "overkill."
It makes more sense for consulting firms and accounting-adjacent agencies where time tracking connects directly to project profitability. For field teams or construction businesses, it's almost never mentioned.
**Truein**
Truein showed up almost exclusively in workforce attendance threads (biometric check-ins, kiosk setups, facial recognition workflows).
The use case is specific. It gets compared to Jibble occasionally in enterprise attendance discussions, though the free plan difference tends to come up quickly in those comparisons.
**What I Kept Noticing Across All These Threads**
Users care more about solutions than features.
A software can have incredible dashboards, AI summaries, integrations, and automation, but if people complain opening it every morning, they eventually stop using it entirely and go back to manual.
For field teams and construction businesses specifically, the pattern was even clearer: the apps that stuck were the ones that solved attendance and payroll friction without requiring workers to change their behavior too dramatically. That's a much narrower requirement than general productivity tracking, and it explains why the same one or two tools keep coming up in those threads rather than the broad spread you see in desk-worker discussions.
For transparency, this list is based on recurring threads and recommendation patterns across r/productivity, r/ProductivityApps, r/remotework, r/freelance, and r/TimeTrackingSoftware.
[Best time tracking software from Reddit search](https://preview.redd.it/aenpdoytqa0h1.png?width=1164&format=png&auto=webp&s=4ec40f7ac9c266b1d8a8e8d99d973cf9aee9713b)
No sponsorships. No affiliate placements. Just patterns I kept seeing while going too deep into this topic.
First-week impressions are everywhere. The honest twelve-month takes from people actually running field operations are a lot harder to find. If you're managing a construction crew or field team, which tool actually stuck longer than a month?

Hey everyone,
I'm Asad, founder of a small SaaS startup. We're building an AI receptionist that picks up the phone for small trade businesses (plumbers, HVAC techs, electricians) when they can't answer themselves. Pre-revenue, bootstrapped, in growth mode.
Looking for a part-time outbound caller to help us reach our first 100 customers. This is long-term ongoing work, not a one-off gig.
What you'd do daily:
\- 80-100 outbound calls per shift from our pre-researched lead list
\- Use our script and objection-handling guide (no winging it required)
\- Goal of every call: get permission to send our 2-minute demo. NOT closing the sale. The founder closes via async demo.
\- Log every call in a Google Sheet (provided)
\- Send a daily 5-minute screen recording with 2-3 actual call recordings and any common objections you heard
Requirements:
\- Strong, clear English with neutral or North American accent (this matters — our customers are tradespeople in Canada and the US who hang up fast on unclear calls)
\- 2+ years B2B cold calling experience (NOT real estate, NOT insurance, NOT MLM)
\- Reliable internet, quiet workspace, quality headset
\- 4-5 hours/day available, M-F, between 9 AM and 5 PM Eastern Time
\- Comfortable with VOIP tools and Google Sheets
\- Comfortable with screen-recording your day for QA
Compensation:
\- $3-5 USD per hour base, depending on experience (paid weekly via Wise or PayPal)
\- $2 bonus per qualified lead (real business owner, real contact info, agreed to receive demo)
\- $20 bonus per paid customer who signs up from your lead
\- $10 retention bonus when that customer stays 60+ days
Effective rate for a motivated caller is typically $5-8/hr including bonuses.
What we provide:
\- Full script and objection-handling guide
\- Pre-researched lead list with business info
\- VOIP account with North American number (you log in to ours)
\- Company email at our domain
\- Time tracking via Hubstaff (standard)
The hire process:
1. Apply via DM with the items below
2. 15-min video interview if shortlisted
3. Paid 1-hour trial ($10) — we test the script live
4. 30-day paid probation
5. Long-term ongoing contract
How to apply (DM only — please don't reply in comments):
1. A 60-90 second voice recording introducing yourself and explaining why this role fits you (any audio platform works)
2. Years of B2B cold calling experience and the industries you've called for
3. Your typical daily call volume in previous roles
4. Your time zone and available hours in EST
Applications without a voice recording will be ignored. We need to hear how you sound on a call before anything else.
Thanks for reading. Looking forward to hearing from you.

With the rollout of Phase 2 and the mandatory shift to the **TELUS Chrome Extension**, we’ve seen a complete breakdown in how our hours are tracked, reported, and respected. Between the elimination of the FTS self-reporting system and the implementation of aggressive Average Handle Time (AHT) caps, many of us are finding it impossible to produce quality work while being paid fairly.
The goal of this thread is to consolidate our experiences and documentation to push for transparency and fair compensation.
# Core Issues:
* **The "Black Box" Reporting:** We are now forced to wait 24 hours to see recorded time, only to find that hours are being "deleted" or under-reported by the system days later.
* **AHT vs. Quality:** The current AHT targets (e.g., 4 minutes for complex audio/video comparisons) are unrealistic. We are being warned for taking 7 minutes on tasks that require deep analysis, effectively forcing us to choose between doing the job right or making a living wage.
* **The Extension Failures:** The current extension lacks basic functionality like a pause button or a real-time dashboard. Contributors are suggesting industry-standard alternatives like Hubstaff that offer transparency for both sides.
* **Lack of Communication:** Tickets are going unanswered while the system arbitrarily trims our invoiced time.
**Please share your experiences below:**
1. Have you noticed specific days "disappearing" from your activity reports?
2. Are you receiving AHT warnings despite staying focused and active?
3. How are you handling the discrepancy between the extension timer and the "processed hours"?

So, I’m new to Outlier and got my first project. I went in to do the tasks but when I went to start the time on Hubstaff, it said the budget had been met and wouldn’t let new start the time. Anyone else experience this? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Received these two emails from Outlier regarding the Aether project yesterday morning.
I was consistently getting tasks on Aether Generalist, maintained 65%+ activity on Hubstaff, and have been working 5+ hours daily, so this came as a surprise.
The emails mention “changes,” “quality requirements,” and “eligibility considerations,” but don’t clearly explain what actually happened.
Has anyone else received similar emails recently?
Did you eventually get reassigned to another project, or was your account basically inactive afterward?
Trying to understand what I should realistically expect next from Outlier Marketplace.

I interviewed for a Data Scientist role at Micro1 and got selected for a different role called “AI Training Expert.” I signed the contract and received a verification letter from them.
I’m currently on OPT EAD, and my college requires proof that I’m working at least 20 hours/week for reporting purposes.
The challenge is that the project I joined is task-based, not hourly. There’s no Hubstaff or timesheet tracking.
Has anyone here worked with Micro1 contractor roles while on OPT?
I’d really appreciate guidance on:
\- Who at Micro1 should I contact for employment verification or weekly hours documentation?
\- Is there any official way to estimate/report hours for task-based work?
\- How do other OPT students handle SEVP/college reporting in these types of contractor roles?
\- Has anyone successfully used a Micro1 contract or verification letter for OPT compliance?
Any experiences or advice would really help. Thanks!

Is anyone on the same boat as me?
I got booted off on hubstaff without any explanation or email, so i asked on the community, a staff answered back with it’s due to you having low quality, but then I’m still on the aether on outlier, i see my hourly pay is increased, still getting emails about Aether, and the community notifs. But can’t do anything about it cause I don’t have the project on hubstaff.
Mixed signals..

My hubstaff suddenly stopped tracking because of budget limit has been reached. Is it the same for u guys? I havent received an email about it. Usually there is an email

I am newly accepted onto this project and have some questions as I am unfamiliar with this specific platform and the instructions are all so vague or conflicting. My experience so far is with another platform using the Hubstaff timer and MM combo, so I am not used to having to keep another website open or stop between tasks.
Do y’all start the timer during your task selection and onboarding/instructions process, including the short quiz before being “allowed” to do certain tasks?
Are y’all stopping timers before they run out, whether it’s the Handshake timer limit or the task itself running out?
Also, is there any sort of daily limit - like a project-wide daily budget or time limit which would require me to be on as early as possible daily to get the most hours possible, or is it truly “work when you can/want”?
Thanks!!

I recently completed the AI interview process and received an onboarding offer for an “AI Training Expert” contractor role through micro1. The onboarding flow includes Deel contract signing, KYC verification, Hubstaff, Slack onboarding, etc., which makes the process appear legitimate.
However, I had a few immigration/work authorization questions related to H1B and C2C arrangements, and while Support has been responsive, I still haven’t received a clear response back from the hiring manager/onboarding lead yet.

Honestly, gusto ko lang ishare to for encouragement lalo na sa mga gusto mag-shift into WFH setup but feeling stuck or underqualified.
I'm a licensed CE with 6 years of experience in quantity surveying and estimating and for the longest time akala ko kulang ako sa skills kaya hindi ako natatanggap sa remote jobs.
And then magic happens, mas dumami replies sa email ko, nakakaabot ako assessments/interviews tapos meron pa locally nagreach out sa linkedIn inoofferan ako part time work to be a trainor for togal ai and tbh I'm still learning it kaya nagdecline ako.
And ang pinakaimportante talaga:
Apply strategically, hindi shotgun apply sa lahat. Don't let "wala pa akong remote experience" stop you, upskill lang nang upskill hangga't kaya mo. Stop waiting until you feel "fully ready" (kasi ganito rin ako dati, nasa mentality din talaga minsan). Minsan kailangan mo lang talagang sumugal nang maayos.
Good luck sa lahat ng naghahanap ng better opportunities in this kind of economy.
Job dust and Money dust for everyone! 🙌

Been seeing a lot of "is starting an SEO agency worth it" posts lately so I put together a proper financial breakdown rather than the usual vague "it depends" answers.
The baseline assumption: owner-operator + one mid-level specialist, 15 clients at $1,500/month retainers, incorporated in BC, running lean with a virtual office instead of physical space.
**The number that surprises most people: labor cost**
A $36/hr SEO specialist doesn't cost you $36/hr. Once you add CPP matching, EI premiums, WorkSafeBC at 1.55% of payroll, basic benefits, and account for the fact that only about 70% of compensated time is actually billable — that hire costs you $60–$64 per productive client hour.
At a $1,500 retainer requiring \~15 hours/month of work, your direct labor cost is $900. That's a 40% gross margin ceiling before a single overhead dollar is spent.
**The software stack is brutal for small teams**
Ahrefs Standard with 2 extra seats: $369/month. Screaming Frog (3 licenses, amortized): \~$70/month. Add Surfer SEO, BuzzSumo, Hotjar, Google Workspace, Asana, Zapier, Hubstaff — you're at roughly $1,020 USD (\~$1,387 CAD) per month just in tools, before the 7% BC PST on SaaS subscriptions.
**Vancouver-specific costs people miss**
The city's business license surcharge is $165 per employee in 2026 and is legislated to hit $225 by 2029. WorkSafeBC rates are currently suppressed by surplus funds that are running out — expect them to climb toward 1.80% in the next few years.
**The good news: BC's tax structure is genuinely favorable**
Incorporated CCPCs earning under $500K active business income pay a combined federal + provincial rate of just 11%. That's the small business deduction working as intended and it's a significant margin advantage over personal income rates.
**The final P&L at 15 clients**
Revenue: $22,500 CAD/month
Direct labor (specialist, fully loaded): $7,800
Gross profit: $14,700 (65.3%)
OpEx (software, virtual office, insurance, marketing, owner draw): $8,650
EBITDA: $6,050
After 11% corporate tax: $5,384 — **23.9% net margin**
That margin holds only if you run a virtual office (saves $15K+/yr vs. coworking), keep the tech stack tight, and don't let scope creep push 15-hour retainers into 25-hour ones.
Happy to go deeper on any specific section in the comments — incorporated the full analysis into an article if anyone wants the unabridged version with all the source data.

Has anyone else not been paid for the work they did while hubstaff and outlier weren’t syncing? All of the correct hours have now been updated in my outlier account, but I didn’t get paid for the hours that took longer to sync. Anyone else? Is there a way to resolve this?
Some of the hubstaff hours that were missing from outlier have been updated. Not the whole thing yet, but I hope it is a positive sign.
When does the budget usually reset? I’m in the UK. I got an email to say the budget has been reached until May 10th? So my hubstaff won’t work.
My outlier account said it was temporarily paused and asked me to resume and provide my linkedin account. After that Aether came back but it disappeared again and my account says my information is under review. MM is gone from the hubstaff app but on the browser it says “no project users” and you can see 46k plus users there. I still have access to the MM site.
I can help streamline your business operations and achieve your goals without you having to worry about time-consuming administrative tasks.

Hi \*\*\*
We want to inform you about a change in how your payments are processed for your work on the Aether project.
From now on, there will be a **48-hour processing period** before your Hubstaff hours are finalized and reflected in your earnings. This is slightly longer than before.
Because Aether operates outside the main platform, we need extra time to review and confirm your logged hours to ensure everything is accurate before updating your earnings.
During this period, your hours may appear as **“pending”** in your earnings dashboard. This is expected, and your earnings will be updated within 48 hours.
Thank you for your continued contributions to Aether.

in my case, it’s been more than two days past the so-called 48-hour review period, and there’s been no update regarding my hours in Outlier even though Hubstaff is actually keeping track of them. One of the QMs said they would not be addressing this and that everything should be directed to Outlier Support. At this point, I’m just afraid of triggering a bot and getting banned. Has anyone actually received help at all?

If you’re comparing [Hubstaff vs. ActivTrak](https://hubstaff.com/hubstaff-vs-activtrak?utm_source=reddit&utm_medium=social&utm_campaign=comparison-page&utm_term=activtrak-vs-hubstaff), here’s the simple breakdown.
# TL;DR
* Choose Hubstaff if you need time tracking, automated timesheets, payroll/billing, and project cost visibility in one tool.
* Choose ActivTrak if you mainly want workforce analytics and behavioral/activity insights, and you already use something else for payroll/billing/time workflows.
# 1) Core difference: time tracking vs activity analytics
**Hubstaff:** Tracks time against projects/tasks, turns it into automated timesheets for payroll, budgeting, and billing. Includes timer-based, automatic options (plus mobile/GPS for field teams).
**ActivTrak:** Runs mostly in the background to capture activity patterns (apps/sites, schedules, behavior trends) and turns that into analytics.
**Key takeaway:** If you need clean “hours converted into timesheets for payment workflows, Hubstaff is built for that. If you want activity tracking and behavioral analytics, ActivTrak leads there.
# 2) Monitoring approach (and flexibility)
**Hubstaff:** Activity levels, app/URL tracking, optional screenshots, and idle time with configurable permissions (you can adjust what’s collected and how).
**ActivTrak:** Strong app/activity data + productivity insights; screenshots are an add-on.
# 3) Workforce analytics depth
**Hubstaff:** AI-powered workforce analytics focused on utilization, capacity, focus time, benchmarks, and 20+ reports. Also includes insights such as meeting times, unusual activities, and AI tool categorization.
**ActivTrak:** Analytics-first model focused on collaboration patterns, work trends, workload balance, and behavior-based productivity signals.
# 4) Payroll and payments
* **Hubstaff:** Built-in payments, payroll, and time-off tracking.
* **ActivTrak:** No payroll/payments features.
If paying contractors/employees accurately and quickly is part of your workflow, this is a big separator.
# 5) Device deployment (company + personal)
* **Hubstaff:** Works across personal and company devices, and supports automatic tracking on managed devices.
* **ActivTrak:** Primarily company device background tracking; no personal device option.
# 6) Integrations + ecosystem
* **Hubstaff:** 30+ integrations across PM, CRM, payroll, invoicing, accounting + API.
* **ActivTrak:** \~20 integrations, mostly collaboration/workplace tools + API.
# 7) Pricing snapshot (annual)
* **Hubstaff:** starts at $4.99/user/month (annual).
* **ActivTrak:** starts at $10/user/month (annual).
Trials: Hubstaff offers a 14-day trial on all plans; ActivTrak’s trial is available only on Professional plans.
# Who is it for?
**Hubstaff** is usually a fit for agencies, BPOs, global contractor teams, and ops leaders who need time, cost, and payments visibility.
**ActivTrak** is usually a good fit for teams that already handle time tracking/payroll and mainly want analytics to understand behavior and productivity patterns.
[Read the full breakdown](https://hubstaff.com/hubstaff-vs-activtrak?utm_source=reddit&utm_medium=social&utm_campaign=comparison-page&utm_term=activtrak-vs-hubstaff)
# Question for the subreddit:
When you’re evaluating tools like these, what’s your top priority?
1. Accurate timesheets + billing/payroll
2. Visibility into apps/sites + behavior trends
3. Compliance/security + deployment control
4. Something else entirely?

Clockify and Hubstaff get compared because they're both called "time tracking" tools — but choosing between them reveals what the buyer actually needs: tracking for billing, or tracking for oversight.
In practice, Clockify is a team time tracker — people log hours against projects and clients, and the data flows into reports and billing. Hubstaff does that too, but adds a second layer: GPS, screenshots, activity rates, idle detection. That second layer is the entire point of Hubstaff for some teams, and the reason other teams won't touch it.
The clearest differentiator: Clockify's free plan works for most small teams who need accurate time logs. Hubstaff's monitoring features are what you'd pay for — and that only makes sense if you have a genuine reason to monitor, not just a vague feeling that you should.
If you use Hubstaff, do you actually use the monitoring features — or are you paying for them and ignoring them?

I wonder why everyone is acting like they aren’t noticing that the hubstaff hours isn’t corresponding to the pay on the platform
Hi everyone, I need some advice on a weird technical glitch.
I was actively tasking when Hubstaff suddenly stopped. Now, Hubstaff says 'You belong to 0 projects' and all my past earnings/recent activity have vanished from the app.
On the Outlier side:
My off-platform credentials (MM) were removed from my profile, so I can't log back in to task.
However, I still have the 'Continue Tasking' button on my Aether dashboard.
I am still a member of the project Slack channels.
Has anyone experienced their Hubstaff history disappearing along with their credentials while still being 'active' on the dashboard and Slack? Is this a known provisioning bug? I'm worried about my tracked hours and account status. Any help is appreciated!

Hi everyone, this is my first project with Meridial and I'm a bit confused about the onboarding process.
A friend of mine got a project invite, received a Slack channel invitation, and was given another assessment.
However, my experience is totally different. I only received the Hubstaff setup and the @invisible.email login (which I completed). I haven't received any Slack invitation at all, and my dashboard has been stuck on "Awaiting Operations Manager Approval" for 4 days now.
Is this normal for a first project? Has anyone else experienced this delay or had different onboarding steps? Any advice is appreciated!

My hubstaff is not reflecting into my Earnings since yesterday, i thought it was a one time issue but it seems like it is still not fixed, i stopped tasking since i don’t know if they are going to count my hours, does anyone know what to do next?
# Using hubstaff and I am looking to move around. I told my boss I am located in Chile. I have the application and it takes screenshots and I do not have it on my phone. When i export my hours to double check my time worked, i see a "timezone" area with my location and city. Is that set by the person who added me on hubstaff or it detects it based off where i am?
I am looking to travel around basically

Hubstaff and TimeCamp are both described as "time tracking" tools, but they're solving fundamentally different problems.
In daily use, Hubstaff is primarily about visibility over employees — screenshots, activity monitoring, location tracking, idle detection. TimeCamp is more about capturing time against projects and clients, with automation to reduce manual entry. The day-to-day experience reflects that difference completely, and so does the team's reaction to using it.
The difference shows up in how the team relates to the tool. Hubstaff's monitoring features change the culture of logging. TimeCamp's automatic tracking changes the workflow around entry and review. Both require buy-in from the people using them — but for entirely different reasons.
Did you evaluate both? What pushed you toward one over the other?

Just wondering if anyone else today has seen a monumental difference in what hubstaff tracked and what outlier tracked. I hope this is rectified?
The Hubstaff timer (MM) has been resetting at 6 am PT for the past few days instead of 8 am PT. Please keep it at 8 am PT or better yet make it 9 am PT. It is otherwise difficult or impossible for many US taskers to get any hours in. Thank you.
Is anyone facing the same issue??
I can help streamline your business operations and achieve your goals without you having to worry about time-consuming administrative tasks.

micro1 is a data engine that helps AI labs train foundational models and enterprises build AI agents. We operate at the intersection of human expertise and artificial intelligence by connecting a highly vetted, global network of experts with leading AI labs, enterprises, and Fortune 500 companies.
At its core, micro1 is designed to identify, certify, and deploy top-tier talent (often the top 1%) to contribute directly to real-world AI systems. Through a combination of AI-driven evaluation and human-led project management, we ensure that experts are matched with high-impact opportunities where their skills are most valuable. Our mission is simple: to enable the world’s best talent to accelerate the development of next-generation AI.
# Why micro1?
micro1 is more than a career platform; it is an ecosystem that connects elite talent worldwide to contribute to cutting-edge AI development. At micro1, you can:
* Work on real-world AI projects with top companies
* Join a curated, high-performance global network
* Gain early access to emerging opportunities
* Build validated credentials through AI certification
* Work remotely and earn in USD from anywhere in the world.
If you’re looking to apply your expertise at the frontier of AI while being part of a selective and fast-growing community, micro1 provides the infrastructure to make that happen.
# How to start a career with micro1?
At micro1, we've set up a structured and straightforward process that aims to help our candidates find jobs that match their interests and requirements. Read on to find out more.
# Get Started
You can get started with micro1 directly by applying to our available jobs. We have various job opportunities that are accessible through our dedicated Opportunities Portal: You can apply directly to open roles via the [micro1 opportunities portal](http://micro1.ai/jobs) or LinkedIn (where we routinely share about open roles through our page).
Once your profile is set up and active with micro1, you can continue applying to roles that meet your interests and requirements. You will also receive invitations when your profile aligns with open projects. This flexibility allows you to either target a role or position yourself for broader opportunities.
# Complete the AI Interview
Every applicant goes through an AI-driven interview with our AI Interviewer, Zara, which evaluates your communication skills, logical reasoning, and role-specific skills. This is the first step in our interview process. Our interview will also have role-specific challenges; for example, Software engineering candidates complete a live coding challenge, and Human data experts complete task-based exercises simulating real AI training workflows.
* Treat your AI interview just like a real-world interview. Make sure that you’re in a quiet environment with a stable internet connection, and stay prepared to demonstrate your expertise. The AI interview is a real-world opportunity to showcase skills specific to your role. If you want to prepare, try out [some of our mock interviews](https://www.micro1.ai/interview-prep), [interview questions](https://www.micro1.ai/interview-questions), and our [AI Interview guide](https://www.micro1.ai/ai-interview-guide).
* In case you didn’t perform well for an AI interview, you will get detailed feedback on your AI interview performance. Once you’ve passed interviews, your vetted skills are recorded in your profile, and recruiters will reach out to you for matching roles in the future.
# Get Certified
After successfully completing the interview, you’ll be required to verify your identity using a government-issued ID (passport, driver’s license, or national ID). Once verified, you become a certified micro1 expert. This certification is what makes you eligible for project matching. You can increase your chances of getting selected by applying and getting certified for additional roles.
# Join our Talent Pool and Track Progress
Certified experts are added to micro1’s vetted global talent pool. From here, recruiters match you to relevant opportunities, and you can also apply to open roles directly in our dedicated talent dashboard, which shows the status of your applied roles. Your status will change to “Selected” if you are selected for a role, which will be followed by signing a contract and onboarding. Matching is handled by micro1’s recruitment team and depends on client needs, timelines, and role requirements. Certified candidates typically get an update on their application status within 30 days of completing their interview. Even if a candidate is not chosen for a role, their application remains in our pool and will be eligible for future roles.
Additionally, certified candidates are invited to an exclusive community Slack composed of professionals across disciplines—engineers, researchers, economists, product leaders, and more. The community provides early access to job and project opportunities, curated learning resources, invitations to expert sessions, and a global peer network of high-performing talent.
# Complete Your Onboarding Setup and Start Working
Before starting a project, make sure you've signed your micro1 contract agreement, joined the Slack Expert Workspace, logged in to Hubstaff (our time tracking tool), Deel, and have access to your micro1 Google Workspace Email. Each project is supported by Human Data Managers (HDMs), who act as your primary point of contact. They help with: Onboarding guidance, resolving blockers, and sharing project instructions and updates. Once onboarded, communication happens primarily through Slack, either via onboarding channels or direct messages.
# Getting Paid
Our payments happen on a biweekly basis through Deel. We’ll help you set up your Deel account as part of onboarding. Payments are in USD, based on the number of hours you worked or per task (depending on your project), at the rate fixed during onboarding. You’ll input your banking details directly in the platform, and the funds will be transferred directly. This ensures a smooth and reliable payment experience once you begin working on projects.

Hey everyone,
I was added to a project two days ago and I’m trying to get a better idea of how QA works on Outlier and how working time is actually calculated across the different apps.
A few things I’d like to ask:
* How does QA work in practice? Is it mostly automated checks, manual reviews, or a mix of both?
* How is time tracked on each app? I did about 2 hours of work, and I can see it on the Hubstaff website, but it doesn’t show up in the Outlier dashboard yet.
Thanks in advance, for any response and help.

I have been working on Aether for the past 4 weeks with outlier inbuilt time tracker. 3 days ago I received an email to join the hubstaff. So I completed all the steps and finally logged in. But the multilingual task of the aether was not there. Till now the dashboard of the hubstaff is empty. When I put a query on the provided link. I got a reply from QM to continue work using the inbuilt outlier time tracker. But still I have doubt that will I face any problems during payment ?

Hello!
I was given an interview for a client through VPM and I want to ask if merong time tracker ang VPM similar sa Hubstaff where makikita % ng activity mo per shift?
Thank you!
I’ve been doing hubstaff tracking for MM for least 10hrs for the last week
And I don’t see To-dos that I can track my time now.
Am I missing something? I can’t add To-dos myself, is that right?
~~As per the title, does Outlier backdoor a spyware on your device? I'm not talking about a productivity tool that only records keystrokes and screens. It seems like they would only reinstate people who are completely lost with their deactivation rather than people who actively criticize them or long-time workers here. I'm not just talking about myself, but also my colleagues and even a few QMs. They know certain people's outlier accounts in this sub without even DMing them.~~
~~At a tolerable level, they just ignore them, but for those who speak about more sensitive topics like moving between states, then action is taken like framing them (they even created~~ **~~a thread for specific cases~~**~~).~~
Of course, you also have to talk about the real culprits here: scammers. However, there are public groups on Facebook for buying and selling outlier accounts. No matter how much I reported them back then, they still exist now.
~~You see the red thread here? Yes, apparently they are acquiescing to a manageable proportion of scammers working here to fulfill their work quota. We reached a consensus he re since a long time abiut the quantity over quality in many of their projects. But the ones who disrupt their "company culture" are more likely to be targeted. Come on guys, speak up!!! Any press here? feel free to DM (I know if you are legit or not).~~
>\[EDITED\]
I don't wanna go too far regarding this FB public group and other babbling, but I have the right to worry when I got deactivated right after complying with their verification needs. The verification itself kept popping up despite already completing it multiple times. Support said no further action was required, and then deactivation happened. My wild assumption can snowball if these public groups still exist, fearing mine may be sold there. Someone in another post said I need EVIDENCE to provebecause this is a serious accusation, but they themselves don't provide any reason as to why you are said to be violating their ToS.

Hi, I'm new here. Last night I received a Gmail asking me to take a project test. In the email, I had to acknowledge that I'm not the best at this, but I do have some knowledge from my field of specialization (Data Science). Even so, I took a chance and decided to do it—I had nothing to lose. It took me about 3–4 hours, and then I submitted it. It’s worth noting that they didn’t ask us to use Hubstaff; they were clear about that on Discord. This afternoon, I received a Gmail saying that I had tasks for that same project and to start working on them (meaning I’d been accepted), but then two hours later, I got another Gmail saying I’d been removed from the project. My question is, did I do something wrong? Did I make a mistake, or did they simply decide to remove me after accepting me? If anyone could help me, I’d appreciate it.

I signed a contract a few weeks ago but unfortunately it didn’t pen out. I was supposed to get paid for the time I spent onboarding and doing screeners, my hubstaff timer recorded everything but I haven’t been paid, no funds are showing in my Micro1 dashboard, or my Deel account. What’s up with that?
Something I’ve been thinking about lately as a small business owner.
A lot of growth advice focuses on getting more customers. More ads, more outreach, more traffic, more leads. That all matters, of course.
But I’ve noticed sometimes the real bottleneck is inside the business.
You can bring in more sales, but if the team is losing hours to distracting sites, unclear priorities, repeated tasks, slow follow-ups, or poor handoffs, growth gets messy fast. Payroll rises, deadlines slip, and managers spend half their week chasing updates instead of growing the company.
We went through a phase like that. We kept trying to grow the top line when the smarter move would have been improving how time was being used first.
Once we tightened processes, made ownership clearer, and used simple tools to track workflow better, things changed. We looked at a few options like CurrentWare, Hubstaff, ActivTrak, and other employee productivity tracking software / workforce analytics software just to understand patterns, workload balance, and where time was leaking.
That visibility helped more than expected. Better output, faster customer response times, less internal stress.
So I’m curious for people further along than me:
What gave you the biggest growth jump — better marketing and customer acquisition, or improving team productivity and internal systems first?

I’m honestly pretty confused and frustrated right now and wanted to see if anyone else has experienced something similar.
I recently got reinstated on Outlier after some platform issues, and everything seemed fine at first. I regained access to MM and was still part of the Aether project. But the project suddenly disappeared from Hubstaff, so I couldn’t log time or actually work.
I waited a few days thinking it might just be a sync issue or delay.
Then I contacted support, and they replied saying my account has been **permanently deactivated after a thorough review**, and that I shouldn’t have access to any projects at all.
But here’s the weird part:
I *still* have access to MM and I’m still listed as part of the project — it’s just missing from Hubstaff. So their explanation doesn’t fully match what I’m seeing on my end.
I’ve followed all the guidelines and honestly have no idea what I could’ve done wrong. The whole thing feels inconsistent and kind of arbitrary.
Has anyone else dealt with this? Is this some kind of delayed system update, or does Outlier just not fully revoke access when they deactivate accounts?

I am trying to optimize operations for my team, and looking at the current time tracking market is incredibly frustrating. It feels like tools like Time Doctor and Hubstaff all charge crazy per-user fees for features nobody on my team actually asked for.
If you are using one of these, what is the one thing you absolutely hate about it? Is it the clunky UI, the reporting accuracy, or those invasive Big Brother screenshot features? I am just trying to figure out if there is actually a lean tool out there that people like, or if we are all just settling for overpriced, messy software.

I've been doing this contract work for a long time, but this is my first experience with Meridial. I've been doing the onboarding/assessments. I'm tracking time in Hubstaff, which is working fine, but none of the hours are showing on my Meridial dashboard/earnings page. The other company I work with uses hubstaff and the hours populate in the earnings page almost instantly. Am I doing something wrong? How long does it take to see the hours in earnings? I spent too much time on it to just let it go. And what a nice change to get paid for onboarding (assuming I do get paid....). TIA!

I’ve been remote for a while now, and one thing keeps bothering me.
Some of the most valuable work usually happens quietly. Solving problems, improving systems, writing solid documentation, fixing broken processes, or finishing something that has been stuck for weeks. From the outside, that can look like nothing is happening.
Meanwhile, replying instantly, staying green on chat, joining every call, and constantly showing activity can look productive even when real progress is limited.
It creates a strange incentive where people focus on appearing busy instead of doing deep work.
I understand why companies start looking at employee monitoring software, employee tracking software, or workforce monitoring software for remote teams. Managers want visibility when they cannot physically see work happening.
I’ve seen tools like CurrentWare, ActivTrak, Hubstaff, Time Doctor and others come up a lot in these conversations. Some seem useful for spotting workload issues, distractions, or stalled tasks. But I still wonder if monitoring employee activity always measures the right things.
Being online all day is not the same as meaningful output.
How are remote teams handling this balance now? Better KPIs, clearer goals, workforce analytics software, employee productivity tracker tools, or simply stronger management habits?

I’m curious how experienced managers deal with this fairly.
I have someone on the team who is always active. Replies quickly, attends meetings, seems engaged, always has something going on.
But when I look at outcomes over time, important tasks move slowly, deadlines slip, and other people often have to pick things up later.
That’s what makes it tricky. From the surface, they look productive. I don’t want to punish someone who is trying, and I definitely don’t want to become the kind of manager who watches every move.
At the same time, “busy” and “effective” clearly are not the same thing.
I’ve been wondering if this is where workforce analytics software or an employee productivity tracker becomes useful. Not to spy, but to understand patterns like constant context switching, too much time in meetings, distractions, workload imbalance, or unclear priorities.
I know some teams use employee monitoring software like CurrentWare, ActivTrak, Hubstaff, or other work tracking software to get better visibility, but I’m more interested in using data to coach fairly than micromanage people.
How do you manage this without micromanaging? Do you focus only on deliverables, change communication habits, or something else?

I just joined Alignerr and when I went to set up my HubStaff account it tells me the email is already used on another account. I have Hubstaff with other company so trying to find a way to get the timer installed for this one and keep it seperate. Tried the HubStaff site but it was not that helpful and Aligneer AI support has been somewhat unable to provide clear guidance

Teams look for Hubstaff alternatives when they realize they're paying for employee monitoring but running a team that doesn't need it.
The frustration shows up on two sides. Employees feel surveilled in a way that doesn't match the team's actual culture. And managers find that the monitoring features require their own maintenance — reviewing screenshots, managing activity reports — which adds admin on top of the time tracking they actually needed.
What people want after Hubstaff: time tracking that captures hours accurately without the surveillance layer. Something the team is willing to use because it serves them, not just the person at the top of the org chart.
Was the monitoring feature ever actually useful to your team, or was it friction from day one?

hi everyone! :)
i have a 2018 macbook air that i LOVE so much, but i got a new remote job and my old pal just can’t take it anymore.
I was thinking of getting the Neo because i’ve seen a lot of reviews online and the price point is unbeatable.
however, i’ll need to do some heavy multitasking: be on meetings almost all day, whilst sharing my screen and keeping multiple tabs open and excel, as well as have Hubstaff, a work-tracking app, running in the background at all time.
i know that’s a lot and normally requires a lot of RAM, but I also see that people are doing a LOT on their Neo and it’s holding up just fine!
my question is: do you think it will work for me? is it a laptop that will keep working well throughout the years even if i’ll use the \*fuck\* out of it everyday?
any insight is so appreciated! thank you :))

Hi guys, I just checked Hubstaff, and it's showing 0 projects even though I can still see tasks on MM. Does anyone else have this issue?
I spent an hour today trying to figure out how to do a task.
I got so frustrated that I just logged off.
Now I want to remove that time from my Hubstaff.
Does anyone know how to do that?
I can help streamline your business operations and achieve your goals without you having to worry about time-consuming administrative tasks.

Was mid tasking and my timer ended was just removed from the MM project on hubstaff. I’ve been on the platform for around 2months and have been familiar with this community from early so I’ve seen about everything in regards to account deactivation which just seems inevitable for everyone so I knew my time would come sooner or later regardless of any quality work🤣🤣I can’t log into outlier anymore just re directs or talks about cookies,overall I’m wondering if anyone has ever successfully appealed this happening and got their account back because from all I’ve seen now ,people are only added back by miracle.

Applied in a startup. Pay aint great but its my first full time gig so pay isn't my priority rn. They clarified about the Zoho monitoring in final round and it kinda feels VERY invasive to me. Worse than even Hubstaff or Clokify.
The webcam stays on during working hours and anybody on the team can access it.
At which time does hub stuff start the timer because I did it twice in one day

Hello! I’m new to this community. I don’t plan on this being a consistent job but it will be nice if I can use this to earn any income. I have spent quite a bit of time on this subreddit, attended a webinar and spent time in their Outlier Community. I am still confused.
For the “Available Tasks” I have several different ones: Video Quality Compare, Derendering Design Website, Text Image to Text H2h, and Derendering.
So far, I have only passed the “Aether” qualification. Are these tasks part of Aether? The questions on the Aether exam weren’t similar to these tasks. Can I complete these tasks and start my HubStaff timer?
I see the budget has already been reached today but are these tasks I can complete tomorrow if they are still there? I am not used to just starting a timer and completing work. I don’t want to be banned already. Thank you!

A lot of tools say they’re “AI-powered”… but when you actually look closer, it’s not always clear what that means.
For example:
* Is it tracking your time for you?
* Filling out timesheets?
* Analyzing how you work?
* Or just… using “AI” as a buzzword?
We went through a bunch of these tools, and here’s a plain breakdown of what they actually do, and which ones might make sense depending on what you need.
https://preview.redd.it/o1q5xcitrzwg1.png?width=1641&format=png&auto=webp&s=87dfc54088c82968d22724f851291065331b8b0a
# First thing to know: “AI time tracking” isn’t one thing
Different tools use AI in totally different ways.
Most of them fall into one of these:
* Automatic time tracking (no timers)
* Auto-filled timesheets
* Insights about how you work (focus, burnout, etc.)
* Spotting weird activity or errors
* Reports on team productivity and workload
Most tools are only really good at one of these—not all.
Here's a breakdown of the seven tools:
# Timely: best for automatic timesheets
* Tracks your work in the background
* Builds your timesheet for you
* Good if billing depends on accurate hours
Downside: not great for deeper team insights
# Rize: best for focus and habits
* Shows how focused you are
* Tracks distractions and work patterns
* Suggests breaks
Downside: not really built for bigger teams
# TimeCamp: best all-in-one tool
* Tracks time, payroll, billing, etc.
* AI helps categorize and log work
* Works for lots of different team sizes
Downside: can feel a bit complicated
# Replicon: best for big companies and compliance
* Tracks time across lots of tools automatically
* Built for payroll, billing, and legal compliance
* Very powerful
Downside: heavy setup, not beginner-friendly
# Time Doctor: best for monitoring and insights
* Flags unusual activity
* Compares your team to others
* Strong reporting
Downside: can feel too invasive for some teams
# Hubstaff: best for team visibility
* Focuses on accurate tracking first
* Then uses AI to explain what’s happening
* Good for understanding workloads and productivity
Downside: some AI features cost extra
# Reclaim.ai: best for managing your time (not tracking it)
* Schedules your calendar automatically
* Protects focus time and breaks
* Great if meetings are your main issue
Downside: doesn’t actually track time for payroll or billing
The “best” tool depends on your problem:
* Forgetting timesheets: Timely
* Want better focus: Rize
* Need everything in one place: TimeCamp
* Dealing with payroll/compliance: Replicon
* Want more oversight: Time Doctor
* Need team insights: Hubstaff
* Too many meetings: Reclaim
# One thing that stood out
The best tools don’t replace time tracking.
They just:
* Make it easier
* Make it more accurate
* Help you actually use the data
The weaker ones just say “AI” without doing much.
* Are you using any of these tools?
* Do you prefer manual tracking or automatic?
* What’s the most annoying part of time tracking for you?

Hello everyone. My account got deactivated today. I kinda expected it cos most of my tasks had serious issues going through. The videos were either not loading, or the URLs for the derendering tasks were not available. I spent time on the site waiting for something to come up(which eventually did), but maybe that made them flag me as a bot and ban me.
I’m making this post to educate everyone else. Don’t leave the hubstaff timer running when tasks aren’t available or have issues. Close them and resume at a later time. Learn from my mistakes.
I don’t think it’s a quality thing because I never opened any AI sites or used any AI models for my work. I always used google for research, and my CS degree kinda helped with technical stuff in the derendering tasks.
It’s been a fun ride and I’m glad I had fun contributing to the Aether project.
Until next time!

¡Hola!
Porfa ayuda!

Hello everyone, I’m new to Outlier and a bit confused about how the daily work limit should be interpreted.
From what I’ve read, we newcomers use Outlier’s in-browser timer, which appears to allow up to 6 hours of work time and lets you track hours even after the daily limit announcement. I’ve also read that this works differently from Hubstaff, which seems to stop allowing time tracking once the daily limit is reached.
My question is: should I simply follow the Outlier in-browser timer and continue working until it says I’ve reached the 6-hour limit, even after the daily limit announcement? Or am I expected to stop working as soon as that announcement comes up?
I’d appreciate any clarification. Thanks!

If you’re still fixing timesheets on weekends, chasing missed punches, or second-guessing hours, your current system isn’t doing its job.
We’ve recently completely updated [our in-depth review](https://www.reddit.com/r/Connecteam/comments/1d8kv2p/comparing_the_best_employee_time_tracking_apps/) of the most popular employee time tracking apps for 2026. We didn't just look at feature lists; we ran them through real-world stress tests—intentionally missing punches, testing 26-hour shifts, and trying to bypass geofences—to see how they actually handle the jump from clock-in to payroll.
If you want to stop chasing down errors and protect your labor budget, here is the honest breakdown of our top three, plus a quick look at the rest.
# 🕵️♂️ The Top 3 Deep Dive: The Good & The Brutal Truth
# 1. Connecteam
**Best for:** Field teams needing GPS tracking and payroll-ready workflows.
* **The Good:** It gives you incredibly strong control over how people clock in. The GPS/geofencing strictly enforces job-site boundaries, and it also supports NFC tap and kiosk clock-ins. It handles break compliance and overtime rules beautifully, exporting clean data straight to major payroll providers.
* **The Brutal Truth:** It does *not* have offline time tracking. If your crew is in a total dead zone, you'll need workarounds. It's also not designed for remote desktop teams that want keystroke tracking or screenshot monitoring.
# 2. QuickBooks Time
**Best for:** Businesses already heavily using QuickBooks for payroll.
* **The Good:** If you live in the QuickBooks ecosystem, the direct sync to QB Online Payroll is a massive time saver. The live map view is also great for seeing exactly where your clocked-in employees are at any given moment.
* **The Brutal Truth:** During our stress tests, **the system failed to automatically calculate daily and double-time overtime on a 26-hour test shift.** For a tool built around payroll, that is a terrifying red flag. Also, its geofencing isn't a hard block; employees can just leave a note and clock in anyway.
# 3. Deputy
**Best for:** Retail and hospitality teams focused on scheduling.
* **The Good:** It ties scheduling and time tracking together perfectly. The shared kiosk mode is fantastic, allowing for fast PIN or touchless facial recognition clock-ins. It also does a great job of baking compliance (like break rules) right into the core experience.
* **The Brutal Truth:** Customizing reports is surprisingly limited. If something breaks right before payroll, getting actual phone support is incredibly difficult. Plus, they recently hiked their base price and instituted a minimum monthly spend.
# 👀 The Other Contenders We Tested
If the top three don't fit your specific operations, we also stress-tested these options:
* **When I Work:** Good for small, single-location service teams, but it lacks live GPS tracking, and during our testing, the mobile app froze multiple times when trying to clock in.
* **Hubstaff:** Excellent for remote desktop teams that need activity monitoring (screenshots, URL tracking), but its geofencing is weak and it lacks daily overtime support for field teams.
* **Clockify:** A great basic, free solution for project-based teams, but it has zero strict location enforcement and managers can't approve timesheets from the mobile app.
* **Buddy Punch:** A solid, simple time clock with strict geofencing, but the base price plus paid add-ons for things like GPS and scheduling can make it surprisingly expensive as you grow.
Want the full breakdown on pricing, free plans, and exactly how these apps handled our payroll stress tests?

Why did this happen i opened at 5 am and then at 6 am it says this “Project disabled and assessment ineligible” on aether. I started two days ago. What happened? I can still access MM and hubstaff?
Update: MM now says "account under review". is it the same with you guys?
Update again: Now MM is back to normal.
Just curious what is actually being recorded from my computer by hubstaff. It feels kind of invasive having "big brother" watching over me...
I can help streamline your business operations and achieve your goals without you having to worry about time-consuming administrative tasks.

When you don’t know exactly when and where your team clocks in, labor costs add up fast. Suddenly you’re over budget and left guessing instead of managing.
We’ve recently completely updated our in-depth review of the most popular GPS time clock apps for 2026. We evaluated them strictly on **location accuracy, geofencing enforcement, overtime calculations, and payroll readiness.** If you want to eliminate time theft, streamline payroll, and get data you can actually trust, here is the honest breakdown of our top three, plus a quick look at the rest.
# 🕵️♂️ The Top 3 Deep Dive: The Good & The Brutal Truth
# 1. Connecteam
**Best for:** Field teams that need strict GPS enforcement and payroll-ready hours.
* **The Good:** It doesn't just flag out-of-bounds punches; it actually *enforces* geofences by blocking employees from clocking in until they are physically on the job site. It also tracks movement during shifts (breadcrumbs) and automates overtime calculations flawlessly.
* **The Brutal Truth:** It does not have offline capabilities. If your crews regularly work in dead zones without a cell signal, this isn't going to work for you. It's also not designed for device activity/keystroke monitoring.
# 2. ClockShark
**Best for:** Construction and trade crews tracking labor by job.
* **The Good:** Incredible job costing visibility. Employees can clock into specific jobs or cost codes, so you know exactly how profitable a project is in real-time. It also has a great kiosk mode with facial recognition to kill buddy punching.
* **The Brutal Truth:** It gets expensive fast. The base fee plus a per-user pricing model means it scales poorly for larger crews. Also, during testing, we found the reporting and analytics to be pretty basic if you want deep performance metrics.
# 3. QuickBooks Online (QuickBooks Time)
**Best for:** Businesses already using QuickBooks payroll.
* **The Good:** If you live in the QuickBooks ecosystem, the direct sync to QB Online Payroll is completely seamless and eliminates double data entry. It also offers a great real-time GPS map to see exactly where your field techs are for easy dispatching.
* **The Brutal Truth:** Its geofencing is weak—employees can override location restrictions just by leaving a note. Worse, during our testing, **the system didn’t consistently calculate daily and double-time hours accurately.** You have to double-check the math, which defeats the purpose of an automated time clock.
# 👀 The Other Contenders We Tested
If the top three don't fit your specific operations, we also evaluated these options:
* **Buddy Punch:** Great for small field teams that want a fast, simple setup, but the GPS and payroll features require paid add-ons, and its geofencing doesn't actually block off-site clock-ins.
* **Hubstaff:** A solid choice for hybrid or admin teams that want desktop activity/screenshot monitoring alongside GPS, but it lacks daily overtime support and isn't built for strict job-site enforcement.
* **Clockify:** Best for budget-conscious teams (the free tier is very generous), but it has absolutely no geofencing to prevent unauthorized punches, and getting data to payroll requires manual CSV/PDF exports.

Hi everyone,
I’ve been getting around **55–60% activity rate** in Hubstaff while working on audio tsks. The work involves listening to audio and rating it across six dimensions, so there are moments where I’m just listening and not actively clicking or typing.
Is this activity rate considered okay, or is it too low? Could it lead to being marked as an unapproved annotator or cause any issues?
What activity rate is generally considered good for this kind of tsk, and what do you usually get?

30-person IT services company, Delhi. Mixed remote and hybrid. Have used EmpMonitor for 6 months. Writing this specifically for Indian SMB owners because most reviews are written for US companies with completely different cost realities.
**Why Indian SMB pricing matters:** Hubstaff and Time Doctor at full pricing for 30 users is a significant monthly INR spend. EmpMonitor is a fraction of that with comparable core functionality. For a bootstrapped Indian IT company that difference is real money.
**What it actually gave us:**
Visibility across hybrid team some in office, some remote, same data quality for both. No more "out of sight, out of mind" for remote staff.
Workload distribution data stopped assigning work based on who was most visible and started assigning based on who actually had capacity. Two team members who had been chronically overloaded got immediate relief when the data made it visible.
Honest performance conversations both ways. Used data to justify a 25% raise for a developer whose contribution had been invisible in standard metrics. Also used it to have a performance conversation backed by pattern data rather than impressions. Both conversations were better with evidence.
**The rollout:** Full team meeting before deployment. Written policy. Explained what is tracked, what is not, that breaks and calls do not count as idle. One question about data security — answered fully. No drama after that.
**What I would tell other Indian IT owners:** The price point makes it accessible at Indian SMB scale in a way the Western tools genuinely are not. Evaluate it for 90 days before judging. The first month is just getting used to the data. By month three the patterns are useful.
TL;DR: 6 months EmpMonitor, 30-person Delhi IT company. India pricing is the starting advantage. Hybrid team visibility, workload distribution, and honest performance conversations all improved. Transparent rollout with zero drama. Right tool for Indian SMB scale.

I remember this happened last week too but did the MM project disappear of Hubstaff again for anyone else?
I recently did the outlier assessment and passed it seems, so was asked to create my mm and hubstep accounts. I did this and followed all the steps right, but when i press "continue" to sync the hubstaff account to the mm project, I get the message "Your Outlier account has been disabled.". Has anyone else had this problem and how can i fix it? I can log onto both hubstep and mm fine, I can see available tasks on mm and hubstep seems to be working although i cant see tasks on hubstep. I haven't been able to connect my paypal or any payment method for that matter to my account because it labels my number as invalid - could this be the problem? if anyone else has a similar experience please let me know.

Hi!
Few questions as I’m new to this platform and AI training in general. I’ve passed a few assessments and been accepted to the Aether project, With Hubstaff- when reading the directions for a task, can I be “clocked in”? I don’t want to break the rules. Also, when I get the error “cannot start timer for project MM because the project budget has been reached” does this mean that there are no more hours available for the day? Is it most beneficial to start tasking earlier in the day? Any tips, info, anything, I’ll take it all.

I’m still not clear for onboarding, and I haven’t been assigned a Hubstaff timer for OB/assessment. There are only 12 days left in the project.
I’m about to switch from Mac to a windows laptop. Do I need to do anything special or do I just redownload the hubstaff/MM and sign in?
Thanks in advance?

Okay I have to know. Does anyone else dream about tasking ? I thought it wasn’t really possible to have workplace dreams unless you actually work at a physical location (for some reason I still have nightmares about terrible past jobs from years ago!) but I actually occasionally have dreams about tasking on Aether . It’ll just be the most mundane thing like listening to audio transcripts or something and I might be like “oh shoot , did I remember to turn on the Hubstaff timer “? 🤣

I'm facing a technical issue with hubstaff for 3 hours now, I submitted a support ticket through the AI chatbot, but it's still being reviewed.
I had a reviewer session on zoom, they told me I should post it on the daily help community thread, However the website/thread is a bit complicated to me or at least I'm still not familiar with using it. How do I post my issue there? Literally where do I click, I know it's a silly question, but it's my first time on a platform like outlier.

Hey everyone, how’s it going?
I’m new to Alignerr and I have a question. I received an email saying I was *qualified* for a specific project, and it asked me to complete ID verification and link accounts like Discord, PayPal, Hubstaff, Labelbox, etc.
However, I’m a bit confused. When I log into Labelbox, I don’t see any project available, and I haven’t received any follow-up communication after that email.
Does being “qualified” mean I’m ready to start working on the project? Or should I wait a bit longer for further instructions?

So i am in a remote job, wherein hubstaff is used to literally calculate how much time you are working with them constantly monitoring the screenshots and productivity levels.
If one doesn’t complete 40 hour per week on the software, salary gets deducted.
Nothing to do with the KPIs, only the time spent on hubstaff.
Any similar experiences?
After testing a few different employee monitoring applications in the last year (including Hubstaff, Time Doctor and some other options), I recently decided to switch to EmpCloud. So thought I'd provide a comparison of sorts just in case someone needs a hand choosing an employee monitoring software.
**1. Setup**
EmpCloud:
Fully cloud-based, easy setup process
Got it up and running within 24 hours, didn't even have to involve any IT specialists
**Competitors:**
Some software requires proper onboarding/training first.
On-premises or complex set up can take some time.
For instance, one Reddit user claims onboarding took "minutes not hours" with EmpCloud
**2. Monitoring approach (The main difference)**
EmpCloud:
Productivity monitoring insights
Focused on understanding when an employee is active and when he/she's inactive
**Competitors:**
Like most monitoring software out there, very heavy-handed approach
Includes screenshots/keystrokes/applications tracking, and all
👉 Here's where you get two very distinct approaches:
Either too restrictive
Or just not detailed enough
EmpCloud falls somewhere in between
**3. Functionality and Features**
EmpCloud:
Time tracking + productivity insights
Project/task tracking + reports
Real-time monitoring + security/data privacy features
**Competitors:**
Heavy duty tracking (screenshots/keystrokes/etc.)
Also offers deeper integrations
👉 Some competitors might beat EmpCloud at the latter, not always the

I’ve seen some people discussing the budget in the Aether project, but I haven’t received any email or seen any information about it. I joined Aether about 5 days ago, so I’m still new.
Could someone please explain what the budget is, where I can find it, and how it affects working hours? Currently, I can only see my daily and weekly limits in Hubstaff, which are 10 hours per day and 70 hours per week.

Hi,
I just completed the onboarding for voice mission and it's immediately started the task. I opened up my Hubstaff, that I previously used to track Aether, and the voice mission is not listed in there. I can't see how to add the project to Hubstaff. Do I need to add it to Hubstaff or will it work and pay me just for using the timer on the Outlier platform? I have it paused but there is a countdown and I have limited time to complete.

Hi guys, I want to start tasking on aether right now and the continue tasking button is greyed out, I do not have hubstaff so I need to hit the continue tasking on my dashboard to start tasking. I went to check the project history and it says “PAUSED BY YOU” I do not understand what it means by that.
Anyone have an idea please?
I’ve still got access to MM on Hubstaff and haven’t been marked Unapproved Annotator (yet), but I haven’t got access to any of the community chats
