Eik ieškot naujo darbo ir nedaryk nieko asmeninio per darbinį PC, gal dabar dar ir nieko nedaro, bet niekada nežinai, kada tokie nuspręs, kad jiems nebereik tavęs, ir tada galės absoliučiai visus tuos AFK panaudot prieš tave, kad va, žiūrėk, nedirbi nieko, ar nepraleisti tavo prašymų kelti atlyginimą ir panašiai. Žiauriausia, kad naudoja random metricsus kažkokius palyginti darbuotoją su kitais, tai jei tu daugiau į tūliką eisi, jau iškart krenta tavo metrics ir soft'as vadovams rodo, kad tu velkiesi. Brr.

Nesenai pakeičiau darbą, ar kam yra tekę susidurti su šita monitoring programa? Nesu turėjęs darbo su monitoring, čia matau kaip trackin’a kiekvieną mano open tab ir app atidarytą, rašo kur kada ką atsidariau, kiek laiko kur juosę praleidau ir pagal jų docs turbūt ir ką rašau nes galimi screen shots kas 5 min. Ta prasme išsijungiau training video ir matau kad rašo AFK time mano statistikoje, nes nepajudinau mouse ar klavišu nepaspaudžiau ir pagal tai mano darbo efektyvumas skaičiuojamas. Jau net nešneku muzikos ar ką nors pagooglinimas, nes iškart flagina kaip unproductive time arba idle time. Ar čia naujas trend? Ar tiesiog red flags ir ieškotis kitur darbo? Nes tai mane veda iš proto, atrodo kad padėtas mic ir kamera prieš mane ir kazkoks dėdė seka kur ką spaudžiu ir ką darau,nes literately rašo statistikoje. Visur kur teko dirbti visada visus darbus pasidarydavau per skirtą sprint ar laiką, čia atrodo bijau nueiti nusišikti, nes bus flaginta, kaip unproductive time spent. Should I run? Insightful takes screenshots. It can only see what you see on your screen. If you have multiple tabs open it can see that at the top but it can't see whats open on those tabs. However just be aware that if you're running multiscreens it can absolutely see all the screens even if you only have mercor work pulled up on one. If they are connected they can see. Bottom line is don't be doing things you shouldn't be when you're clocked into insightful (workpuls). Its only taking those screenshots when youre actively logging time. So if you've hit the button and no longer clocked in it is no longer taking screenshots.
