I just went through this process for a startup I wanted to get to a respectable "presence" before launching, and I split the views across a few providers to see which ones would have higher retention for followers and which views were genuine (>5 seconds viewtine), and to see which ones drip fed and seemed more organic. I can tell you from my experience; GetAFollower, Views4You and Famewick all delivered instant followers & views and their promises of geo targeted real account views seem... questionable... Just given it was all done in a couple of hours from purchase.
