On their own homepage they claim “100% Real and Active Users” and “No Bots or Fake Accounts.” But in their own Terms they describe their service as being designed to “simulate social media engagement.” They also advertise a “Money-Back Guarantee,” while their Terms say all sales are final and refunds are only at their sole discretion. Other than that they claim that their methods comply with platform guidelines, while their Terms warn that buying engagement may violate Instagram/TikTok/YouTube rules and could lead to deleted engagement or account suspension. So the proof is literally on their own site. Marketing page says one thing, Terms say the opposite. I‘m not defending SocialPlug, but don‘t position WeGrowLive like a honest alternative.

I didn't see this comment until yet, sorry! Well, there are many panels that say they have a "non-drop" guarantee, but most of them just straight up lie or never refill your orders. To be honest, I can't tell you. SocialPlug, the panel I tested in this review is very stable and fast, but it's also not the cheapest. It depends what you prefer. Either you take the risk and buy on those penny panels or you pay a bit more and have actual non drop guarantee.

Appearance of the site*** This is quite personal, but I think the SocialPlug site is really appealing. Other than that, it's very simple to use. I think basically anyone could buy himself followers there and not be confused with hundreds of services like on some other SMM panels I've used before. So, for the appearance, I'll honestly give them a 5/5 ***2. Service quality*** Okay this is a point that really impressed me. For example, when I bought upvotes for a specific site they added some downvotes and more upvotes so it looks like it's real human interaction with some up and some downvotes. That really impressed me. Other than that, they let you choose the arrival speed of your order and most of the profiles look real. I haven't experienced any drops yet. There is nothing to complain here, so 5/5 again. ***3. Pricing*** Okay this might be the only "bad" point about SocialPlug. The pricing isn't the cheapest.. but also not the most expensive out there. It highly depends which service you choose. What wondered me is that hyper specific, non mainstream services are usually cheaper than on competitor sites, while mainstream services like TikTok followers are a bit more expensive than on competitor sites, but to be honest, you get high quality, money back guarantee, no drops, natural speed and DAMN good support (that'll be the next point). So I guess you pay for the quality you're getting. With those "penny" panels, you always take some risks. With SocialPlug you don't take any risks. Honestly, 3/5 for pricing. I think it's fair. Not super good but also not bad, especially if you want to buy very specific niche services. ***4. Support*** Okay, you guys have to believe me here, but I've never experienced a better support on ANY smm panel. The answer was almost.. instant. Per mail and per ticket. They were super nice and even monitored my order when I had a question about a link I set wrong, which they fixed instantly. So for support, absolutely 5/5. Most SMM panels are basically reselling from the same few providers anyway, so the interface looks different but the results end up similar. The bigger difference is whether the numbers actually stick or disappear a few days later. I’ve seen people jump between super cheap panels and then watch half the followers drop the next week. A couple of marketers in a Slack group I’m in said they stopped doing that and just tested individual services instead. One of them mentioned SocialPlug because the followers held over a year and counting compared to some panels they tried before.

Most panels look the same from the outside but the comments often end up looking very copy paste. I tried a couple a while back and the pattern was almost identical every time which made the posts look strange. If the comments look too generic people notice fast. One time I ordered a few through social plug just to test it. The comments looked more like normal replies people leave on posts. That made the thread feel more natural.
