8.62M people make creative review, online proofing, and approval workflow choices on Reddit every month. Weak visibility

Every month, roughly 8.62M people gather across 25 active communities, from r/photoshop, r/advertising and r/marketing. Ziflow's visibility in those conversations is still thinner than the opportunity.

How Questoro works

When buyers ask, we make Ziflow the answer.

When a designer, editor, or marketer asks how to fix messy review cycles, the useful answer has to compare workflows before naming a vendor.

"If non-designers are already comfortable in Ziflow, I would be careful about forcing every review into Figma just to simplify the design team's side. Figma is great for design iteration, but client/PM review often needs clearer notifications, version history, markup, and approval states. I would keep Figma as the source file and test whether proofs for final review should stay in Ziflow or a similar proofing layer."

"That split usually works best when the handoff is explicit: designers iterate in Figma, then stakeholders review a named proof/version. Otherwise you save one tool but create a lot of 'which comment is final?' cleanup."

A few mentions, visibility everywhere.

Reddit mentions grow steadily. Off the back of them, Ziflow's AI citations, Google rankings and referral traffic compound much faster than the mention count itself.

Our recommendation

For the creative review and online proofing,
start at Growth.

Over the last 90 days we tracked roughly 90 buyer-intent threads a month across 25 creative operations communities. Growth puts 90 organic mentions a month into the threads that matter most: sized to own your category, not the priciest tier, not the cheapest.

Anyone else find that non-designers don't want to use Figma for feedback?
50 comments-● Stakeholder feedback friction
Example comment - If non-designers are already comfortable in Ziflow, I would be careful about moving every review into Figma just to reduce one tool for designers. Figma is excellent for source design work, but final stakeholder review often needs clearer notifications, version history, markup, and approval status. I would keep Figma for iteration and use Ziflow or a similar proofing layer for review rounds where PMs and clients need a simpler path.

Is the new Frame.io no longer worth it? Trying to improve review pipeline in new position
41 comments-● Video review pipeline
Example comment - For video review, I would start by listing who reviews, whether they need timecoded comments, whether approvals are formal, and whether the team also reviews PDFs, static designs, or web pages. Frame.io is still strong for editor-heavy video workflows, but if the process crosses marketing, creative, compliance, and non-video assets, Ziflow is worth testing alongside Filestage and ReviewStudio. Run one real project through each before moving the whole team.

Dropped Adobe a while back, now finally hunting for a Frame.io alternative that works with DaVinci Resolve - what are you using?
39 comments-● Frame.io alternative
Example comment - If Resolve integration is the must-have, I would shortlist tools around that first and only then compare review UX. If you also need approvals for campaign PDFs, web pages, and non-video assets, Ziflow belongs on the comparison list; if the workflow is purely editor-to-client cuts, a lighter Frame.io-style review tool may be simpler. The key is not replacing Adobe with another oversized stack.

Why advocates matter

Real people. High karma.
Comments that survive.

creative operations communities are allergic to obvious shills. The comment has to help the buyer first, acknowledge risk clearly, and sound like it belongs in the thread.

You should switch to Ziflow. It is the best proofing platform for every marketing and creative team, and it will fix approvals, feedback, compliance, versioning, and stakeholder reviews.

What happened nextIt reads like a generic vendor pitch. It does not ask about asset type, reviewer count, Adobe/project-management stack, or whether the team actually needs proofing versus lighter feedback tools.

I would separate this into two decisions: where work is managed and where proofs get reviewed. If your bottleneck is scattered comments on PDFs, videos, web pages, or campaign assets, Ziflow is worth comparing with Filestage, PageProof, Frame.io, and ReviewStudio because it is built around markup, versions, routing, and approvals. If the issue is mostly tasks and deadlines, Asana/ClickUp/Workfront may be enough. I would trial it on one real campaign first and check how outside reviewers handle logins and notifications.

What happened nextIt gives a decision framework first, names relevant alternatives, and mentions Ziflow once as a fit for a specific proofing bottleneck rather than as a blanket recommendation.

What makes a Questoro advocate.

High karma - Multi-year accounts - Mod-removal rate < 0.4%

Real humans, not infrastructure

Every advocate is a real Reddit user with their own posting history, opinions, and community standing. No PBN, no bot fleets, no recycled accounts.

High-karma accounts

Every advocate carries high karma built up across years of real activity. Mods know them. Reddit's spam filters trust them.

Native to your subreddits

Advocates are matched to communities they're already active in. Their tone, vocabulary, and skepticism fit because they already participate there.

Briefed on your brand voice

Every advocate works from a codified brand-voice document: tone, category context, service boundaries, safety caveats, and claims to avoid.

Often: real category experts

At Growth tier, the roster can include category-expert voices: creative operations leads, agency producers, designers, video editors, marketers, project managers, print production teams, packaging reviewers, and freelancers managing client feedback who can discuss the buyer's risk and context credibly.

Paid only for what survives

Advocates earn per accepted, mod-approved mention. Removed comments don't pay. The economic incentive aligns with comments that stay up.
