If Meta spend is scaling but contribution margin is getting worse, ask for account-structure examples, creative testing cadence, and how they report MER versus platform ROAS. If email is under 20 percent of revenue, also check whether they can rebuild Klaviyo flows and campaign segmentation instead of only buying more traffic.
